The breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and super helpful - great environment. The location was incredibly close to everything in Gettysburg and parking lot is huge. I felt like the value was great as well.

We extended our stay while we were there and our cards stopped working and didn’t reflect we were staying an additional day - we had to go to the front desk but it wasn’t a huge issue at all. There was some small damage to our room, it appears like a pet scratched or chewed certain places in the room but again that wasn’t a huge issue.

We booked the Country Inn and Suites as an overnight stop on our road trip. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities are clean and beautiful. The proximity to downtown, Gettysburg College, the Outlets, and the battlefields is perfect. The staff was so kind and so helpful. The pool and jacuzzi are clean (and open until midnight!) and the gym is nicer than most. Our room was clean and quiet. Our only regret about this hotel is that we didn't allot more time to stay there on our trip. We will be returning!

This is our 5th visit to Gettysburg ans we have always stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very quiet and clean. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the living area was large and comfortable. We did not partake of the reakfast but i did go down for some hardboiled eggs and noticed a variety of cereal...pastries...eggs... toast..yogurt. The hotel is located in an outlet mall...so convenient for shoppong.

They allow pets.

The continental breakfast was outstanding! Finest I’ve seen in a long time. The woman running the breakfast show was amazing; attentive, friendly….

The parking lot could use some weed cleanup and landscaping performed, but it did not affect my stay. There were multitude of weeds and grasses growing from just about every crack in the further out areas of the parking lot. It didn’t directly affect my stay, but could have been a little tidier.

We stayed at this country inn and suites for our twenty fifth wedding anniversary twenty one years ago. We came back this time with our granddaughter. The hotel was showing its age a little bit but was still a fine place to stay. The room was nice and breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. If we come back we will stay there again.

The rooms need a little updating, carpet and bath could be brightened up.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! I will definitely use the chain or this location again.

After the first night I was reading in bed and found a slight and faint pink smudge on a pillow case. It looked like a makeup smudge and I don't wear makeup. But to be fair, the linens seem to be freshly laundered and it was only apparent directly under the reading lamp. Very slight.

Location was great near the battlefields. My kids absolutely loved the pool. The breakfast met our expectations. Bed was comfortable and we loved the extra space of the 1 bedroom suite with the pull out bed in the living room.

The A/C didn't seem to work. Only the fan came on. This was early April but the weather was heating up and the room felt too hot for us. I didn't complain but probably should have. A few things feel a little dated; but no issues.

We were traveling with a group of 16 year old baseball players. The staff at the front desk were pleasant, funny and very informative. They welcomed the boys and showed them where the pool was. They also clearly explained breakfast in the morning and we needed another set of towels which we only waited about 2 minutes to get. Some hotels are not receptive of a group of baseball players as they can be loud but this hotel was fantastic. Also advised the parents of TGIF across the parking lot to wind down with a few drinks. Overall one of the best experiences and the hotel was gorgeous, clean and a hot breakfast was a welcome since most hotels we have stayed in promoted breakfast but did not have it. Would definitely stay again.

Working hot tub and no stains on the sheets and pillow covers. Very clean. There was one extra knitted blanket for hot/cold couples.

The unit is separated into three distinct rooms. The bedroom shares a door and inner wall and has the only air conditioner / heater. The fan in the center of the unit does not circulate the air. This caused everything to be damp in the front of the unit and our suitcases/clothing there to smell by the end of the week. If ever you stay in a similar layout for more than a few days, handle all the wet things and store the suitcases in the cramped bedroom.

The room was very nice and roomy. The location was great next to the outlet stores. It was easily assessable to the Battlefield and the town of Gettysburg.

Our room was not at. tended to after the first night of our stay They said it was because we had the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on our door. However, we were out of our room for the day by 9:30 AM and we took the sign down when left. We find it hard to believe that all of the rooms in the motel were done by 9:30 AM. I always thought that if there was a "DO NOT DISTURB" on the door when they got there that they would go back after finishing the other rooms to see if the sign was gone.
