Not only for just the price … this place was amazing !! The guy at the front desk was incredibly welcoming & its smelled like chocolate everywhere. there was hot chocolate & coffee 24/7 which just hit the spot late at night. the place was clean & at such a good location. The breakfast was so great, way better than i could have expected. I will 100% be staying here again.

The parking lot wasn’t my favorite, I didn’t like having to go around the entire building to get out but I understand the property is in a tough spot so that wasn’t bad at all. That was the only bad thing I could say :)

Friendly staff, everyone seemed like they were happy to have us there. Which is hard to come by post COVID as customer service has generally taken a dive in every industry. Rooms are clean and conveniently laid out. If you want a simple no muss no fuss experience this is a great hotel.

The only real downside to the room was no desk and chair. I saw this in prior reviews so it didn't really come as a surprise but if you intend on traveling for business or eating in the room this can be inconvenient.

room was clean except for under air conditioner. I swept up cookies, crumbs, sausage. I did see (and kill) a small roach near AC by the window. I kept on alert after that, but no other bugs were seen. It creeped me out a little, but I was fine by the end of my stay. Maybe the food under ac attracted the roach. who knows? it can happen anywhere I guess. I didn't say anything to management. I figured what were they gonna do?

The kids love the pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants and stores. 5 minute drive to Hershey park. Staff was helpful and super friendly. Love that breakfast is included. It was very good and filling. There are a lot of options for all of my family members.

Toilet pressure was not good. We called for a plunge. Sort of helped. Nervous every time we flushed.

This was our 4th visit to Hershey in 25 years and 4th stay. We come back because the beds are really comfy, the staff are relaxed considering it’s nearly all families :) and the pool area is nice. There have been some upgrades but it’s pretty much the same and we like that. Good value too.

No elevator to 2nd floor

Selection/variety could have been better - was difficult to get to toaster when very many guests were in the facility at the same time. Disappointed that water was not available 24 hours in the lobby. our bathroom/shower smelled of cigarette smoke - not pleasant! access to hotel from all doors was not available - broken equipment.

location was perfect

the housekeeping supervisor she was very rude when we tried to ask her a question. thank goodness for Jolie the housekeeping inspector. she came right over when she saw how we were treated and helped us with everything. you are very lucky to have her working for you. she has awesome customer service skills. you do need to send the other housekeeping supervisor to customer service training. other than that it was a nice time.

Every staff member we met was fantastic - asking how our stay was going, if we needed anything, offering suggestions for local activities. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was fantastic, there was a broad assortment of breakfast available. The hotel is in a convenient location to Hershey Park, as well as local shopping and restaurants. I can't not say more about this hotel and we will definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic!

Staff was amazing! Location for our Dance Competition was prefect! Breakfast was good. It was fully stock each more and the staff kept it stocked. Overall great place to stay & great location.

Tables could have been cleaned off a little more during the busy time of breakfast. Adding a table or desk to the room; so we did not have to put stuff on the hotel floor (which they are all dirty; no matter what hotel).

There’s a very nice pool, it’s so close to HersheyPark and right off a nice strip of restaurants and stores. The breakfast was good too.

It’s a little bit expensive for 3 nights, a little over $500 but I guess that is to be expected in this economy.
