While they appeared to be fairly full, based on parking lot occupancy, the team at this Sonesta was able to accommodate my request for a specific room number (D1823). This was our room during our first stay a few weeks ago, and since it was clean, comfortable and everything worked as it should, why risk it with a different room? And for any subsequent trips, we'll request again (if available). This Sonesta will be our go-to hotel for future trips in this area.

Stayed in 2BR/2BA suite. While the walls in the bathrooms were showing some age (minor paint cracking), everything in the suite was clean and functional. Did not partake of the included breakfast since Chick-fil-A was only 5-min drive away, and who doesn't like a chicken biscuit for breakfast. 😁 This property actually exceeded my expectations, after seeing other lower ratings/comments. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Check-in staff wasn't the most personable, but got me checked-in quickly with directions to the room and parking.

The two-bedroom suite (two bedrooms with doors that close + their own bathrooms) is a great option for families with children, especially if they are traveling for sports. It creates privacy, and in our case, our daughter could get a good night's sleep before her tournament without being constantly disrupted by us shuffling back and forth to the bathroom, there being other lights on, or other things happening in the room. We also saved money by having a fridge and microwave, so we could purchase food and bring it back to the suite instead of having to buy food out all the time.

Initially, we booked a "two bed" single suite, which we didn't realize was one bedroom with a king sized bed and a sleeper couch in the common area that was VERY uncomfortable. That was not clear in the description at all, so my husband and I slept on the pull out couch so our daughter could rest before the tournament. My husband didn't sleep at all. The next time, we upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, and it was wonderful.

Gym is great-24 hours...pool is fun seasonal) and having a kitchen was wonderful. Seems to be a great place for families. Walking distance to grocery and Target Bradley at check in was fabulous!

Breakfast was okay, but a bit off. Kind of like being back in elementary school with the cafeteria lady. Avoid Cecilia at front desk. Everyone else is quite friendly and helpful.

I enjoy how it is not exposed much and it’s very quiet! i have no issues when I stay here! I also like how I get to be in an area that’s not far from the entrance and it’s always either a room I’ve stayed in or directly next to it

They have a mini bug problem just like your household bugs such as spiders and thousand leggers but it’s not often most of the time just 1 or 2. also breakfast selection needs to be a little better a granola bar is not ideal for breakfast especially within a hotel.

The staff was incredible and displayed the highest level of hospitality. I was confused about when breakfast was and went down almost an hour after it was done. I was greeted with a smile and what can I get for you instead of a were closed its over for the day. I really appreciated this act of kindness..

One or 2 things happened when we were In our room involving longer staying tenants out side which unnerved us a bit. We told the front desk manager and she handled it with such professionalism and grace while leaving me feeling confident that they would keep an eye out for problem areas. I do wish the lighting outside at night was a bit brighter.

Very nice area for stay, so many beautiful wooden houses in the area, friendly and helpful staff. Fast internet connection. Good equipment in the kitchen, comfy bed. Free parking and breakfast in the price. Swimming pool was also nice, but most of the day was full. There are also free grills to use in the area.

Breakfast should be little bit better, you get only few type of foods in the plastic package for takeaway (maybe it is because of covid, but I am not sure). The wooden walls are not very well soundproof, so if you have neighbours in next flat, you will hear them, which should be disturbing, especially during the night.

I enjoyed that it was in a quiet area and that the rooms were separate it almost gave a studio apartment vibe. I enjoyed what was within the area and it was quiet.

I didn’t like that the door to the bedroom wouldn’t close since it was broken! The fire alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night for no reason while my spouse and I were asleep! I’m also very particular (I’m the girlfriend) if I would have seen the room beforehand I would have asked for a different room!

I picked this hotel because I like the chain. I stayed at this chain for my 34th Birthday on Miami so I know I would get a good hotel. Thus time I was celebrating my daughters 9th Birthday and wanted to surprise her with a party. I asked the hotel if I can check in early and they made sure the room was ready. Not only did they accommodate my request but the upgraded my 1 brm suite to a 2 bdrm suite for free. We stayed 4nights and enjoyed every bit of it. There was a pool, basketball court, tennis court and area to barbecue with tables and chairs. The suite had a fully kitchen with a microwave, stove and oven, a full size fridge, dishwasher and plenty of dishes and silverware. They even stocked it with paper towels, dish soap, and a oven mit. The bedrooms each had a separate bathroom which I loved.

I really can't say anything bad I would just suggest more space in the king bedroom. The bathroom and closet were huge which was a plus as well.

Good location, and the room was an appropriate size with most of the things you would need in a small kitchenette.

The rooms could use a refresh. There seemed to be some deferred maintenance, and it was clearly understaffed. I realize that the pandemic continues to impact hotel staffing, but it was a little surprising nonetheless. Also, the neighbors by my son's room were very noisy well into the night, and management didn't appear to want to do anything about it. The breakfast set-up was odd, too.
