It’s convenience to my granddaughter’s workplace & it’s possible to walk to work from this property.

I thought I had booked 2 days; when in fact the front desk folks said: “U only have one day & that’s for tonight…” We have stayed at this property many times throughout many years & we were very disappointed @ this mistake. Since we use Booking.com for our travel accommodations & we love this particular Comfort Inn, would it be possible to give us a credit?

My family and I did not spend much time at your hotel( we were visiting family in the area and spent most of our time with them). We basically just slept there, but did take advantage of the fresh coffee in the morning before meeting our relatives for coffee. Staff on duty was cordial and helpful when we checked in.

I had signed my family up for 2 rooms. My sister- in-law told me her room connected to another, and mine did as well. I booked our reservations in March/ April time frame and wished we could have been placed in the adjoining rooms, not just on the same floor. Otherwise all was well!

The location is optimal for what we needed to do. Many stores/restaurants nearby.

The fact that the rooms are not cleaned every day. Also- I initially asked the cleaning lady who was on our floor for an extra towel and was told I had to go to the front desk for one- not sure why. A minor inconvenience but nothing to prevent me from another booking at the hotel.

The staff was friendly and nice. The place was very clean. It's location is 10 to 20 min away from all the attractions . It's practical in walking distances of gas stations and restaurants and grocery stores and Wal Mart .

The hotel in door pool was to cold to swim in . That is why no one uses it .

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Ty at the front desk. The breakfast was also very good and the person serving kept items refilled until it ended. Very satisfied with the stay.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit on the low side and the rooms could use some minor cosmetic updates and adjustments.

I booked a room with two queen beds and the hotel called the next day to tell me that a room with 2 queen beds was not available and they were "upgrading" us to a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. I did not consider this an upgrade for four people.

Very clean. Every staff member I came across was pleasant and helpful. I felt safe there. The memory foam topper on the matress made for a comfortable sleep, and the sheets felt like silk.

The beakfast should end later than 9AM. At 5 of 9, lots of people were still trying to get food. There was some deferred maintenance... for example, a black spot about 6" around on the ceiling of my shower needed to be fixed.

Anytime I come to town I stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and so everything possible to accommodate your every need. I traveled with a dance team and we all had great stays. The girls got to enjoy the pool and we had a little celebration pizza dinner in the lobby seating area. The breakfast was delicious and hot. We will definitely stay again next year.

My ONLY complaint is the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Staff great..room comfortable. Clean. Breakfast good. Enjoyed pool. Stayed here 5 days went to Kalahari Mt. Poconos and Claws & Paws in Ariel PA..Many places to eat close by. Plenty if store close to hotel.

Breakfast was kind of a joke, powdered eggs and leathery bacon. The packaged muffin was good though.

The “booking. Com” scam about $9.95 upgrade for a “private bathroom” won’t happen again. I have used this service three times in the last six months and probably won’t again. To seems that all the bathrooms are private and no extra charge should be added. Live and learn I guess.
