Hampton Inn & Suites Stroudsburg Bartonsville Poconos

Clean facilities including room, hallways, exercise room, pool and breakfast area. Friendly staff, especially Scott and the lady in charge of the weekday breakfasts. . . I can't believe I didn't get her name! Breakfast was AMAZING for such as this. The eggs were even delicious! Full breakfast, and whatever you could possibly want. Including, delicious coffee and spa water! Coffee and tea served all day! Amenities in the rooms were perfect, hair dryer and iron. Located conveniently off major highways.

The whirlpool was amazing with strong jets! The breakfast was delicious with various choices such as scrambled eggs, cheese egg omelets, oatmeal, boxed cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins, sausage patties, and baked potatoes. They also had a waffle press machine where you could make your own waffles with a choice of toppings like nuts, chocolate syrup and maple syrup, plus coffee and juices !!!

There was nothing I didn’t like

The staff members in this hotel are very friendly. Especially front desk members Lydia and Kim. Lydia helped and answered all my questions with big smile. I was extremely happy Lydia was there when we checked in the hotel. Also, the room is very clean, the breakfast buffet was very good (we always liked the breakfast in Hampton Hotels). One last thing, the pool was pretty big and the hot tub was so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stayed at Hampton hotel. We will definitely go back.

Pool/Hot tub excellent. Breakfast beyond adequate! When we walked in, the girl was very abrupt. Processed payment, handed us room keys, took a call, I said “out loud “ where is the elevator?” She said to the person on the phone, “Sorry, I couldn’t hear that” We get to the room, air conditioning stuck on. She said, come back, we will give you a different room. New room had a half of a tube of peanuts on the floor. Obviously not vacuumed. Overall not bad. But, not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. They were always my go to for a great experience, even though it was always a bit of a splurge. Breakfast ladies great! Give them a raise. And, put one of them behind the desk. You need a better attitude to greet guests.

Clean, spacious, nice finishing materials and linens. Working elevator. Convenient breakfast. Close, free parking. Free wifi. Near major highway, attractions, and restaurants

Didn't realize pets were allowed. Yuck! Loud neighbors with screaming, banging kids and barking dogs. Breakfast needs more attention to remain stocked. Add waffle iron to increase flow. Use wall space for condiment bins (peanut butter, butter, jelly).

Great Breakfast options for everyone ! (Waffle maker, cereal, muffins, eggs, turkey sausage, roasted potatoes, fresh fruit, bagels, and yogurt.) Coffee and juices of course. Location was right near restaurants and stores. Also pool and hot tub were open and we all enjoyed it. Clean and very comfy beds.

Maybe just the hot tub jets weren’t functioning but overall Don’t have any complaints

Everything. The people the quiet, the accommadztions, the pool, was clean, and breakfast was greT, including the spa water.

The price was very high up from my last stay. I had to travel for family, and i wasnt aware ghe Poconos race was this weekend that i stayed. It was unaffordabe for me, but i made it work for 2 nights.

I liked the localization, the staff was very nice and attentive. The installation was good also. I really liked my stay there.

The only comment I have is that I don’t know why they don’t have the cleaning room service automatically as usual, so if you forget you will stay on a mass. But I remembered every day and the room got cleaned, had no problem.

The hotel has clearly been given a face lift fairly recently, was clean and modern. There was a coffee bar in the lobby that was always open which is awesome. Our room was on the third floor and we had no hotel noise throughout our stay. Even though you could see the highway, you couldn’t hear it. Water pressure was good. Bathroom was spacious. Beds super comfy. The location was convenient if not special. Many restaurants and things very close by. Overall it was great and I would stay here again.

The WiFi was terrible. Had trouble connecting to our devices and when it worked the signal was not good. Things like TikTok would freeze and I couldn’t back up my vacation photos until I got home. I did have enough cell signal to use most things on my phone with the WiFi off, but if you don’t have unlimited data that would be expensive. It was also a little pricey for a Hampton Inn in nowhere PA. I assume it was due to time of year (peak leaf change in the Poconos), as I’ve stayed in many other Hamptons in other places for half the cost of this room.

they had everything my husband and I needed. they staff was super friendly . we had only one issue and that was. people a few rooms over left their dog unattended for most of the day and and we kept hearing him/her whining and barking excessively. put all and all we loved it.
