This hotel was just what I needed as a getaway. The location is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was sparlking clean every day. The food was good. The bed was very comfortable. I cant wait to come again!!!! Oh and the pools were great to.

I came on the off season so the restaurant was not open as much as I would have liked. I would have liked more channels on the tv.

We loved the location since it was right on the road to the mountain we hike on. The views were nice of the woods and property. There are a lot of amenities. Beds were comfortable.

I didn't like the fact you would have to pay $10 a night for a refrigerator. We did not do it. We like to have cold beverages and we just had to use ice that was on the floor above us. In the basement was an arcade which was pretty good but very warm. The indoor pool and jacuzzi we're not working. They lost their liquor license so the bar and grill was not open. They have a restaurant but we did not eat there. I looked into the dining room and it was empty and dark in there. I think if they invested money into the hotel to have everything up and running and the restaurant a little more updated and brighter, more guests would eat there.

The location was amazing, it’s right next to ski resorts, water parks, atv ride tours and so much more. The breakfast they have is a extra fee at the hotel restaurant&bar, $18 per person for a breakfast buffet or lunch or dinner buffet which isn’t too bad. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna and gym was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. #HiddenGemInThePoconos

What I didn’t like was that only one elevator worked and that you could only get ice from downstairs in the lobby area but besides that it wasn’t nothing wrong with the hotel. Beautiful place to stay…. Very nice view of the mountains and ski slopes.

So a belated birthday getaway with my baby sister turned into a delightful discovery. First of all the customer service is FIRST CLASS, from Kelly whom I had the pleasure to speak over the phone with after booking with a 3rd party. She saw my reservation and was very helpful informing me of what options I had for an upgrade once I arrive to check in. To Barbara who check us in and out always with a smile and kind words She told us the restaurant food was really good, no lies there it was. As was the service, portion servings and attention to details, my water glass was never empty. We had the rack of lamb and the salmon. The breakfast buffet was was more than adequate hitting all the right spots, to many to list. However I would like to say that due to the fact that I don't eat pork, I could not partake in any breakfast meats, just wonder if we could get some turkey or chicken in there along with the pork The grounds are lovely, Lovely views from the balcony Oh!! almost forgot the price of the buffet was fair and you get your money worth in today's market.(inflation and all) I enjoyed the pool and sauna. As we were checking out I noticed that they had started prepping for the opening of their outdoor pool area another plus. No doubt the Hotel is a bit dated however, if your looking to relax, spend time with some love ones or simply woosah please go pay them a visit. The customer service here elevates your experience and Corporate should take heed

The scenery is beautiful. Mountains, trees, wildlife, it's awesome and most of the staff were very friendly.

The decor is outdated, stains on the furniture, the hallways are dark, there's only 1 working elevator so the wait is long, 1 ice machine on the top floor. It just needs a makeover. One rude lady at the front desk

I love the location of the hotel. Our room had a view of the pond and the mountains with a balcony. Loved the room! The b d was so comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Will definitely stay there again!!

I would like the bar to be open and the restaurant to be updated so we could drink and eat..It is dark in there and intimidating.

I was extremely pleased at how the front desk attendant, Jimmy, was pleasant and assisted us with all of our needs and answered questions without any issues. The view from balcony side of hotel is simply beautiful and I enjoyed seeing the deers.

that we had to go downstairs to use microwave.

Overall excellent experience. people tend to leave bad reviews for small details. This hotel has everything you need within the price. I traveled with a group of 17. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Nice clean rooms, warm pool, good breakfast buffet. The buffet is small, yet everything was fresh and warm and the variety is exactly what you need.

Location to the mountain is excellent. If you pay extra, you could get the mountain view instead of the parking lot. Not a big deal for us since we spent 90% of our time out of the room. The staff whether it was housekeeping or front desk were always accomodating and very pleasant.

It was a bit far from the area that has the reasonably priced restaurants. We went to the nearest diner that was open on a Sunday and were forced to spend $100. It is bit ridiculous considering this was a very basic American style breakfast for three children. The same exact meal would have cost no more than $50 in NYC. There were no vegetarian or vegan options for the the rest of us. Best to bring your food or find something on the way home so everyone can enjoy a meal together.
