Nice location but difficult to find. No map. GPS didn’t work well in the mountainous area. Spent a lot of time driving around as we were frequently lost. Space was adequate.

I was suprised that it was an old 1950’s style of decor. Old couch, carpet but it was clean. No window in the bedroom. One AC unit in LR. Lack of restaurants. No breakfast here. Though there was a kitchen with a toaster and stove. Small fridge. Difficult to get luggage cart through the front doors as the doors couldn’t stay open by themselves. E

Room was clean and had a chair, table with a chair, bed, tv, 2 bed side lamps and 1 lamp over table. TV had good selection of channels but had to figure out how to use control. There was a good size refrigerator, stove with 4 burners but at least 1 was totally out of commission and would need a repairman to change the connection (Did not use stove). Dishwasher (I did not use). Glasses, plates, silverware (I did not use). Toaster (I did not use). Microwave (I did not use). Bathroom facilities were functional and stocked well. Lady at the reception desk on Saturday morning was very helpful on giving me advice for restaurants and written directions and also directions where I had to go for a wedding. Excellent internet connection.

Chain lock on door was broken (I did not report it). For meals you were on your own to go to a restaurant, etc. Arrived after dark and Carriage House sign was very small to see. Road Carriage House was on the sign is also very small and you really have to look even in the daytime to see it. Make the sign larger and light it. My GPS also took me down to the road past where the big sign is so I was lost in the dark and luckily I came across a lady riding her bicycle in the dark who gave me directions.

I loved everything! The pool was amazing. We had a blast at the arcade. We loved that we could bbq and have the best time with our family.

We choose this location because of the Sauna and we asked in advance 3 days before if it was working. When we got there they said it was under maintenance. Otherwise it this hotel was beyond our expectations!

The location is one of the best in the area, closed to everything. The staff is lovely. The value for the price is unbeatable.

Like some older reviews say, it is a little dated, but if they renew it will cost much more. I stick to the current decor.

The facilities were well maintained and the staff were excellent! Loved the indoor pool and game area. The mini suites had plenty of space.

A TV channel guide in the rooms would be very helpful because it was difficult to navigate the channels. Bedroom overhead light was dim so bedroom lighting was minimal.

4th time staying here. Always a good time. Staff is very friendly and the pool being open late is great.

This time when I went, whoever else that was staying at the hotel were a bunch of slobs. My wife found dirty diapers left by the pool and a bunch of garbage. I feel bad for the staff that needed to clean that. Do better people.

Location, price , very clean , facilities. Building is a little dated but is well taken care of . Because of these reasons I definitely will be back .

The heater didn't work well at all , took hrs to heat Up .only stayed 2 nights and were out alot so we didn't complain to front desk . It was single digits outside , very cold . Also maybe bigger pillows or more pillows.

The property match all expectations. Clean, friendly and functional. The kitchen was even fully stocked with all equipment you might need if you decided to stay longer then a few nights.

The décor is definitely dated and needs an upgrade.

The staff was amazing and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. Very quiet and very relaxing.

It was a bit outdated but that did not hinder our vacation.

This place is nice for family if you are looking for a getaway from the city. Lots to do in the area , Kalahari indoor water park was very close, so we bought one day passes and that was fun . There are bbq grills on the facility so that was cool . The pool was not crowded and very clean so the kids had a wonderful time . Love this place with the exception that the room was small , there was no housekeeping Which sucks. But overall I will come back because it’s nice and quiet and the staff was friendly.
