My check in process was astounding, there was a slight hikkup about my floor of preference and staff SYLVESTER was amazing, he took his time, listened to my concerns and assisted me to a preferable floor and room with a beautiful view of the mountain. Mr. SYLVESTER really understands the true meaning of customer service and I appreciated that!!! Thank you Sir and keep up the amazing work 👍🏾. I WILL BE BACK BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR!

I ate breakfast on the second floor and I was furious that gratuity was pre charged; when I asked the manager about it, her explanation was that it is “the resort policy” plus an attitude in her face and tone. Gratuity should be up to a person’s discretion base on service rendered not an obligation upfront. If your staffs are amazing at what they do, you should just pay them their worth not make them dependent on gratuity. I will not eat in house whenever I visit in the future, I rather take a ride in town where I will be in charge of how I spend my money.

Outside food is allowed. You can order out and have it delivered to the hotel. The staff was as accommodating as the circumstances would allow. The location isn’t hard to find & it’s not too far from local businesses just not in walking distance.

It took several hours for our room to be ready after chk-in. The bathrooms inside the Waterpark weren’t that clean. It smelled like urine where the showers were located. And receiving extra towels took quite some time. The food on the resort is also a bit pricey. Some of the rides shut down early due to staffing shortages. Nothing is in walking distance.

I booked a family suite with booking.com When I arrived, I was told that. I booked a family BUNK suite. This is a king bed with bunk beds. It totally would NOT work and was not what I reserved. They moved us to a family suite which was perfect. But when I left, I received a bill for 1. the family BUNK suite which we did not use, AND 2. an additional bill for the family suite. their double billing practice is dishonest.

I like everything

Good morning, how are you...everything there was perfect, sensational, I just wanted to check with you on the following if you can help me solve it... a debit of 1155.00 was made from my account in addition to the 973.00 for booking that I had already paid... I was informed at check-in that it was for alleged expenses in the apartment and they said that this amount would be refunded 3 days after check-out... and it has been three days and so far I have been refunded this amount... and at check-out everything was fine I didn't consume anything, didn't have any problems...

There were lots of activities in the hotel which made it really fun. The water park is great and the snow tubing is also pretty cool!

The price-quality of our room was pretty bad. The room is just a step up from a motel room and $900/ night doesn’t justify it. They alose were very inflexible with 1 hr extended check out time. Hotel guests also has to pay for the the daily lockers. To make a dinner reservation I have to call 3 times and speak to three different operators, the first two told me the restaurant was fully booked, then the third person booked me a table right away, how was that possibile? The breakfast was pretty good ( also not included in our $900/night room), but dinner at their ‘nicer’ restaurant was not very good and definitely overpriced for the quality.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The cocktails were really good and the bartenders were great. Every requests was answered and in a timely manner. The housekeepers were respectful and willing to assist when needed. The resort was overall clean and family friendly.

The wavepool had a bandaid and other pieces of garbage in it. They need to work on cleaning the pool. Also, the daily activities should be available to everyone regardless of the individuals age. Also, they should be able to give you a refund if they overcharged your room.

The design and decoration of the room. The helpfui staff. The indoor water park. The outddor water park at the facility was great.

The room did not have a coffee maker. There was only one type of very high pillow. I would have preferred the option of a flatter pillow. My reservation was changed by Priceline from 5 to 3 people causing their quoted original price to be incorrect. This ended up costing me an extra $100.00 dollars.

Breakfast buffet at the restaurant inside the facility was good. Very nice and friendly staff. Dinner at the Bar/restaurant lodge with the live music was awesome as was the magician. The waitresses were amazing. It was our anniversary and everyone from the greeter to the musicians were so nice!

I wish that there were more eating options. Two of the restaurants were unavailable. The italian restaurant was temporarily closed and the one with the amazing view was apparently unavailable unless you booked an event for a large group or something to that effect. That was dissapointing as it was our anniversary and we wanted a fancy dinner night.

The check in was an absolute dream. It's confusing for a moment but they run it like a well oiled machine. The staff was BEYOND lovely and attentive. Helpful at every point they could be. They really know how to make it easy for parents. Lot's of nearby food options.

My only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable. The bunk beds smelled like feet. Which, if expected because it's for kids. But they need to swap that bedding out every now and then. It smelled like a locker room.
