We were looking for a quaint and cozy vacation and this place exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the king suite in the carriage house. It was very comfortable but we loved that we had access to the Inn to spread out. We especially appreciated that there was a room with yoga mats and other basic equipment for us to stretch out before our hikes. The Inn has many common spaces to enjoy however, whether you’re looking to relax by the fire outside, or sit inside and watch Netflix. We also took many dips in the jacuzzi during our stay! Svetlana and John’s hospitality made us feel very much at home here. The breakfast spread is amazing and you get to enjoy it in the gorgeous historic bar. We got to enjoy omelettes, smoked salmon and fresh Amish pastries. On our way out we stopped at Backroads Antiques for some unique and beautiful finds. We will definitely be coming back!

We were almost list in the area, as it was very late and stumbled over pump house on booking. it looked ao nice so we booked. ecerything went well even with our late check in we hat a very warm conversation with the owner. we loved that every detail was on the perfect spot and we felt the love that they brought in every corner. there are a lot of community areas to chill, hang out and connect. the owners are really nice and we had a great and long chat in the morning. and we felt very safe as LGBTQI+ persons. very familiar, lovely and for sure the best spot on our 2 week NY trip.

This is our second time staying at the Pump House, and we had a great time. Second time with friends. We had 2 rooms in the suites building, first and second floor, super convenient. Easy access in and out. The owners are great and super interesting. We met very cool people at the INN and cooked together in the common amazing huge kitchen! It was so much fun. Then, we had smoores in the backyard under lanterns... as the sun went down... The brunch on Sunday was so good, the salmon was incredible 😋 everything was so fresh and yummy!

We need to come back and stay a week, so much to do in the area.

So peaceful and relaxing. I loved that I could rest and not worry about cleaning up or cooking! We had All-Inclusive package, and it was absolutely amazing. I thought, those were only available in Mexico! We played outside during the day, went out to the lake one day and rented pontoon boat, so much fun. The bar was a great place to just relax in the evening. The owners arranged entertainment for us one night, it was great. Everything was just perfect. We will be talking about this trip for years.

We should have stayed longer!

We had a quick stop over at the Pump House Inn and were so impressed! So clean, organized and welcoming. We had room with a shared bathroom and it was sooooo clean! They cleaned it multiple times a day (I was a bit worried). We travel in Europe a lot, and shared bathrooms never looked like that lol. Continental breakfast was good, fresh and local. The owners were so nice! History of the place is very cool. We got to eat breakfast where Tom Cruise and John Travolta had dinner ;)

Very clean ,price was very good for the area ,good location. The house is very interesting if you like history.

A little hard to find ,due to no Sign along the road . If your like me and like your room dark ,room 13 has way to much outside light shining in at night,( felt like a runway at night)the host say she would put some (hope black out ) curtains up. Breakfast was ok started at 830 a little late if your an early riser and like to get going in the morning.

Incredible stay in a Historic Inn. We had a great weekend! So peaceful and relaxing, we didn't want to leave. We will be back soon! The owners were so accommodating and so nice! We upgraded to breakfast in bed option l, and it was amazing. So Grand and delicious 😋 I felt like a princess 👸

It was too short, we should have stayed at least 3 nights, or 4. The owners gave us late check out, bit it is still not enough. So much to do in the area!

I was surprised by how much I loved my stay at The Pump House. After a quick workout in their activities center, I sat by a fire which was the perfect way to spend a fall evening. The room was clean, cozy and I had a very comfortable night’s sleep. The $15 breakfast was impressive.

The room is large enough for a small dining table and 2 chairs. When I come back, I am bringing the family. They have four suites, we can even bring in-laws if wife insists. Seriously though, it was perfect though, just nitpicking.

The Pump House Inn and Spa was very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed the common space by playing pool, watching movies on the big projector, and lounging in the many comfortable spots around the Inn. Continental breakfast had lovely local pastries and the full breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

Very nice decor, comfortable bed, great set up. Beautiful grounds and added bonus is the activities center. Hubby made use of the boxing gym and I was in the meditation room twice a day, soooo peaceful and such good aroma blend. The owners left us snacks and juices, the room was very clean and spacious. Will definitely come back.

Not enough time, need 3 nights at least... so much to see in the area. We went to the casino one night and out to dinner ... pleasantly surprised with great restaurants for the Poconos lol
