The location was great. A short five minute walk to Citizens Bank Park. My room and the hotel property were very clean. Actually spotless. Parking was easy and free.

I would have preferred a coffee machine in my room than an expresso machine. the hotel was pretty expensive.

Went to the breakfast but it was too limited and too expensive for what was offered. We left and drove to a coffee shop instead.

On arrival, there was a 10-minute wait in line to check in (Monday afternoon, 7/25) because there was only one person handling a long line of people waiting to check in. Then a second registration person came out and the line moved more quickly. The woman who did check us in was friendly. On departure Wednesday morning, 7/27, the woman (had not seen her on arrival) who checked us out was unfriendly, unconcerned, and non-communicative. She did not greet me, she did not ask how our stay was, she did not thank us for staying at Live! These are all basic features of good service. When I asked for a copy of the bill, she printed it, handed it to me, and did not smile or say anything. No thanks, no have a good trip.

Hotel was wonderful.no complaints. Staff helped when I had a problem checking in. Will never book thru booking.com again..They messed up the name on the reservation. And could not check in until they corrected it. Will goback to this Hotel,but book directly with the facility.

The location is perfect for all of the Philadelphia sports teams. Especially the Phillies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean.

It is very expensive. Overpriced. TV channel selection was not good. There is no coffeemaker in the room. Only an expresso machine.

I liked how it was walking distance to Lincoln Financial field so it was SUPER easy to tailgate and get to and from the game without any trouble.

The Wifi wouldn't connect to any of our phones and the TV's would work on channels such as ESPN and TBS. It sucked that the only way I could watch them would be to go watch them in the casino. I prefer to watch and hear the channel from the comfort of my room.

Being greeted by Dimitri was the best part of the whole stay. I haven't seen and it's been a long time since a front desk personnel smiled informed me greeted me and actually escorted me to the elevator you need 10 more Dimitris... Got to love a man with an accent and one that looks good to me uniform

To beperfectly honest I don't Gamble and I wouldn't gamble now even if it was free play the way the casino was laid out was designed by somebody who spent more time at the slot machine than they did at the Design table why you have to go completely through a casino to get to a food court says nothing more than greed you should rethink it but too late now... But let me rephrase that it's still a beautiful hotel and for the area if I exceeds All my expectations best of everything live casino

Great staff and great location.

I couldn’t walk thru the hotel from one side to the other with my family. We went to the Phillies game and tried to enter the backside of the hotel. It was a shorter distance the room. We were forced to go some out the path thru the upstairs parking structure and down some escalators and elevators. It was very inconvenient.

The main thing was that there was no sit down breakfast dining offered at the hotel. With as great a hotel as this is and to offer no sit down breakfast, I thought was very unusual. They did offer breakfast, but nothing to write home about. Also their valet and bellman service hours were very strange. For example, there was no service available to help you with your luggage in the morning, when most people are checking out.

loved it here! beautiful, modern room on the top floor— the view was amazing!! I was attending a concert at Wells Fargo center and they have a shuttle service there which was also great. staff also very nice and helpful.

Since it’s a casino, my daughter who is under 21 wasn’t allowed in most of the restaurants/food spots which was a bit annoying.
