The hotel staff was very pleasant! Everyone from the valet, bartender, front desk, and security were professional. The room was clean and we enjoyed the water view from all of the windows. We sat by the water and watched the ferry, paddle boats, jet skiers, and families. The location was an easy drive from the highway and great for walking to some local attractions.

The walk from self parking to the lobby was a bit long. Definitely drop off children, elderly, or a lot of luggage at the front door before proceeding to the garage. I didn't want to pay the additional fee for valet parking.

Very nice location and the staff were friendly.

Our room seemed a bit dated and the bathroom was the most dated- but clean.

We were in town for the New Balance National Track and Field tournament. Weren't sure where to stay as we hadn't spent much time in Philly. Decided to stay at Penn's Landing and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. The hotel is located right on the water and there is a board walk with food trucks, music, restaurants and plenty of space to sit and relax. the hotel was clean and friendly. Our room overlooked the board walk which was cool to see all the hustle and bustle. Went for walks and felt very safe as it was filled with families and vacationers enjoying the waterfront.

Don't have any negative's to mention

We selected a River view room was very pleased with it. We were able too enjoy the July 4th fireworks right from our room - the fireworks were shot from a barge in the river in front of the hotel! The view of the river and Camdem NJ was also very nice. We were just blocks from Independence Hall, other historic sites and many museums. There was also a great selection of restaurants in the same area that made our exploring complete. The river front was enjoyable - quiet in the morning and bustling in the evening. The hotel dining was very good also.

There really wasn't anything about the hotel not to like.

George and his team were exceptional. Staff welcoming, honest and engaging... very much felt genuinely cared for and looked after. Managers and the team around the lobby, bar and associated food opportunites were second to none in my experience of inter-continental travel... they should have medals.

Asked for room to be cleaned a couple of times but this was tricky for the team as we were in and out of the room on unexpected schedules.

The room was nice some staff was very friendly. Accommodations were great due to a mishap with the bathroom. One of the staff gave us another room.

I don't like how your checkout is at a certain time. When the daytime workers get there they just go around knocking on doors. Which from desk your time is later I keep telling them communication is key. If your work at night the memo is ready for the staff in the mornings. Stop opening people for when they are still in the room etc. That's nerve reckon!!

The view on river was magical, the location of the hotel is excellent around 15 mins from the downtown.

It is very dirty, there was a poop in the toilet. I believe no one cleaned it before we arrived. i informed the staff and they cleaned it. the table lamps ,the fridge were covered of dust. even when they cleaned the room in the next day, the bathroom was still very dirty the ground full of hair! There was a floor lamp not working I informed the staff but they couldn’t turn the button on, the button was broken.

The location is excellent to get around the city.We had a water view room which was beautiful during the day but gorgeous at night!! we did not have breakfast at the hotel but we had afternoon cocktails and the restaurant staff was very accommodating. A little tricky getting to the parking garage if you are self parking but once you figure it out not a problem. The hotel was quiet at night clean and comfortable!

Really can’t think of anything we did not like!

The room was very clean, nice view (you will be charge if you want a nice view), the location of the hotel was good, we use the pool and it was clean and had warm water, the beds and pillows were confortable.

It may be ridiculus for you but I been charge $35 dollars each day, for the parking at the hotel. It was a busy saturday night I guess and they were people all night slamming doors next to my room.

The view of center city was fantastic. The room itself was comfortable.

The TV remote did not work so we could not watch TV luckily we were only staying the night and weren't planning on watching much TV. We asked for a earlier check in as we were going to the concert in Camden which started at 6, we did not get it.Check was 4pm which feels a little late considering check out was much earlier which gave us very little time to prepare and go to the show.
