The location was very good and was easy to walk around to the interesting points around the city. The veiw out across the river and of the bridge was great. The room was comfortable and room service was good,
The breakfast food and service was aweful. Not much choice at all and nothing fresh. There was no more butter and when asked first was told by staff that there was no more butter. Asked someone else and he bought out a bowl full of butters. One morning got told we had to wait 20 minutes for a table to have breakfast as there was no tables available. Thre were plenty of available tables, they had juat not been cleared from previous guests. Very dissapointing.

I liked the view from the room. Over looked the water it was amazing.. rooms were clean. And the breakfast that came with the room was decent.. the older man that waited on tables during breakfast was amazing and very nice. The omlette cook was nice and very inspirational. Had a very nice conversation.
When I checked in, the lady just gave me my room key. Didn't give me any information about what was going on or what time anything closed. This kind of service will drive people away from your beautiful property.. i don't know if she was just having a bad day or moment, but that shouldn't be rubbed off on to your guests.

Nice Hotel, location is great for getting around Philadelphia, a subway stop is 10 mins walk away but walking into Center City takes 20-30 minutes and we did that most days, The pool was very nice and rooms were clean and tidy. Would recommend staying here but be aware of fees not stated on booking (see the negative part section)
Had issues with payment and cost, although Booking.com states $100 damages fee to be taken and returned upon check out, it is actually $100 PER NIGHT, we stayed 8 nights so the original bill was a lot higher then anticipated and left us with less spending money then expected so be weary of the fees and budget for them. Other than that the hotel was good

The Valets and front desk person Bryan were very welcoming. Location was great
My view facing south but there were some obstructions such lobby roof from my window. I feel like there should at least be a refirgerator and/microwave in the room for those with elderly guests. There are times when they may right feel like eating downstairs because of health issues and doing about. Also did not like the "security" asking me to show me my key as if I was waiting in the lobby for no reason. I did not see him ask any another guests who were clearly sitting in the middle section of the hotel lobby. The young lady security guard had a nasty attitude from the moment I pulled up Friday evening waiting for someone to park my car. Her facial expression was very unpleasant.

From the moment of check in the staff greeted us with smiles and assisted us in a very timely manner. They were very courteous and kind. No matter where we were at in the hotel we were kindly greeted by staff. We were there for a weekend getaway for my birthday. After many failed attempts to find something fun to do we just decided to return to the hotel and just partake in the bar. The bartender James was amazing!!!!! He made us the best drinks and kept us laughing. He turned a bad night into a great night!!!!!

I personally chose this location as it was close to the historical attractions I was planning on visiting. Unlike those within the area I was visiting they also had a connected parking garage. One thing I liked was that in order to access the floors and rooms you needed to have a room key which added a nice layer of security. Besides the walkable location to the historical attraction there was also a nice walk along the river which also had multiple vendors selling food, drinks, etc. The nearby park was playing a movie on a giant screen as well. Even though I-95 is nearby the traffic noise was not an issue either.
While I appreciated the attached garage, I will say that while I am used to having free parking when you're a patron I am not opposed to having to pay to park, I was however surprised that no discount was given. Having already spent hundreds for a two night stay, then almost another hundred for parking.

The hotel staff was very pleasant! Everyone from the valet, bartender, front desk, and security were professional. The room was clean and we enjoyed the water view from all of the windows. We sat by the water and watched the ferry, paddle boats, jet skiers, and families. The location was an easy drive from the highway and great for walking to some local attractions.
The walk from self parking to the lobby was a bit long. Definitely drop off children, elderly, or a lot of luggage at the front door before proceeding to the garage. I didn't want to pay the additional fee for valet parking.

All of the amenities, the breakfast and the rooms space and cleanliness
The lack of communication between the staff during shift change and the lack of commitment to meet clients needs. I asked for a crib at 3:45 pm when I checked in and was told it would be brought right up to me room. At 11:30pm still no crib and I had to fight with the staff to finally bring me the crib. The issue was they got my room number wrong when they should have just look ed up my information on their computer instead of going to a no civilian floor taking them my crib multiple times after they told them that the crib was not intended for their room and that they had the wrong room. When I went downstairs after I was told at 11 pm my crib was inches way, the staff was still sitting at the front desk doing absolutely nothing.

Very nice location and the staff were friendly.
Our room seemed a bit dated and the bathroom was the most dated- but clean.

the rooms were spacious and really pretty views of the riverfront. many places to go in a 10 min span of a drive, you can literally walk behind the hotel and it's penn's landing where there are many fun events. when we booked an extra night to our stay they made it super easy
WAYY too many elevator to traverse through but i guess that's just how the hotel is made up. and when there are events finding parking was almost impossible and i wonder what they would have done if there were no parking and i paid to park
