Excellent location close to the main attractions and great night life. Superb gym. Good food and drink at the bar. All staff super friendly and helpful. The aircon in my room was not working and they sent the engineer to help. After troubleshooting and not able to resolve the issue they moved me up to a new room.

The pool was too cold and needs updating. Having to change rooms due to an air conditioning issue was a pain, but I was moved from 6th floor to 9th floor so I profited from a better view and they compted me a drink at the bar so that was nice compensation for the hassle of moving.

You couldn’t ask for a better location to stay while visiting Philly. Right down the street from some of our nations most important monuments (Independence Hall, Liberty Bell) and Philly’s best restaurants and bars. The hotel staff and valet were also incredibly friendly and hard working. The front desk upon arrival and checkout were so sweet and friendly, it seemed like they genuinely loved their jobs. We also travelled with two dogs and they made us feel welcome with our pets.

Our room was a little dark, the view outside our window didn’t let in any light and there were not enough light fixtures for adequate lighting. On the second day the handle came off the shower in the bathroom and although we were able to get it back on the hardware didn’t seem installed securely. The walls were also really thin which allowed us to hear our neighbors pretty clearly, although sometimes to be expected in larger hotels.

The doorman Nick was extraordinarily helpful. He told me about a parking garage only two blocks away that would accommodate my overly tall vehicle, for a 1/4 of the price of the open lot we had been referred to by a neighboring hotel. He escorted my husband upstairs while I went to park and unpacked our things and set up the dog's crate. The dinner and breakfast we ordered were better than expected, with the exception of a very boring Caesar salad that came up without dressing. The room was, well, roomy- and open. The layout was appealing and the view decent. Location was great for us, as we have family living in south Philly and it was a quiet, restful night.

I actually had to think for a moment to come up with something I didn't like-the only thing that came to mind was that poor salad!

Everything was lovely, the food and drinks at the restaurant, the room service for a delicious breakfast in the morning and the view of the lovely green space from the window. The pool in the basement was a nice treat- the fitness room is open 24 he's but I didn't realize that it was in the basement as well so I did not see it. There was some construction across the street but nothing louder than traditional city noise.

Location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do or see. You can easily get to city tour bus locations, or grab an Uber if you don’t want to walk. There is a parking structure right around the corner too.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and we woke up on and off throughout the nights with back and hip pain from the mattress. Maybe this was a personal preference? Definitely worth noting though. Nothing food-wise is included in your stay, not even black coffee. There is a Keurig in the room, but coffee downstairs is a bit pricey.

I liked the room - it was quite big. There was no microwave but there was a little refrigerator. The bathroom was very nice. The beds were very comfy, but there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room. The staff gave great recommendations but it would have been amazing if they had some maps to give out of the local attractions/restaurants, etc. The location was amazing, walking distance to the Liberty Bell, Benjamin Franklin Museum, parks, restaurants, everything you could need! The lobby was nice, the staff were extremely warm and friendly, as well as helpful and informative.

The only thing I didnt like was the pool area, it was very wet and slippery and no one seemed to be taking care of the pool room. Also the pool was hard to get in and out of since there were no steps, just the ladder.

My family and I stayed at this property in May 2022. We loved every moment of our stay! We have stayed in various properties around the world- but this one really stood out for how personalized the attention was- and how sincere all the staff were. Special thanks to Joe and his entire team who made our stay very comfortable. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.

It was a perfect stay!

Very polite & helpful staff. Large & comfortable rooms. We enjoyed a breakfast outside on the terrace. Iced cold water available to guests in the lobby. Nice bar.

The Wi-Fi was poor for such a large hotel.

The property is well located as it is situated in the heart of Philadelphia. the common facilities are very nice. The room was very spacious. Check in and out was very easy. The personnel was attentive.

The room we got was a outdated and in poor condition. one of the window glasses had a crash. The rest of the windows The sofa was old. The bed was not as firm as I would like to.
