Location is perfect for us. We like being in old city. Closer to bars/ restaurants and sightseeing places. They lobby and bar area is huge and has a cool vibe. The gym was super nice.

The lobby and bar area was nice but insanely hot. There was not air flow throughout the common areas. I get it can be tough to cool such big rooms but ceiling fans would help. The ac in our room was also not working well and it kept getting so hot in the room all night.

Location was great - short walk to Penn's Landing and the historic areas/building. Room was wonderful and clean. Staff was friendly. Food at the bar was great.

Only parking available at the hotel was valet - understandable since it's in the Old City but still expensive. Wound up parking a few blocks away for a more reasonable rate.

Everything was lovely. It was clean, the staff was very polite and accommodating.

My only complaint was the parking. The valet option would have been fine, except I had to go back and forth several times, making that option way too expensive. There is a parking garage a block away. But after midnight when I finally returned, it was a little nerve-wracking.

Location was great if you're interested in touring the historic area of the city. Wasn't expecting the cobblestone streets on the block surrounding the hotel - I was on a motorcycle. 😕 Staff was helpful, the cheese steak sandwich I had at the bar was incredible!

The parking fee is really high. Make sure to consider that cost into your budget.

Excellent facilities, staff was excellent.

I wish they properly checked the hotel room beforehand (the fridge wasn't working). The floor also started to leak a little from the shower (but this obviously couldn't be helped and it was luckily our last day). However, the staff were excellent and compensated us for our troubles which we appreciated.

First room kindly changed bec view=AC compressor. Staff very kind. Mgr paid for a cup of coffee for me. I was in Whill wheelchair and staff accommodated. Bed too soft not easy to reach desk. Disappointed no showtime free tho tv promised it. Location great. Plenty of hot water for tub-A+. Computer down when I left, but credited 1 d as I had to leave early. Parties at night seemed so fun.

Bed too soft. Didn’t check other queen or ask. I was okay last two nights.

- The employee was not very friendly when we checked in, seemed to be unhappy. Didn‘t even whished a nice stay. We felt to be nobody and he wanted to assist wealthier guests. - Air conditioning was very loud when beeing switched off, so when auto control during night was on it was very loud and we woke up several times. Switching off was no option due to the heat in summer

Loved the pillows. The room is great and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly.

In Newport Rhode Island, we had 2 glasses in the bathroom in addition to the 2 at the vanity. In both places, the room layout is poor for traffic around the end of the bed when someone is sitting at the desk chair.

good sized room with view of Dock St, in old city and could walk to Museum of the revolution, state house, liberty bell and other museums. Lots of good restaurants and bars. Close to Delaware River. Hotel low rise, great public areas and restaurants and bars.

The lobby was very nice with their bar area. They provides free Starbucks coffee and ice water.

Our room faced the highway even though I had requested ahead of time to not be on the highway side. Could hear highway traffic all night.
