I liked that there is a washer and dryer in the suite. There was ice in the ice trays in the freezer which was a pleasant surprise. There were also snacks and water complimentary which came in handy upon arrival. The building was quiet overall and there wasn't much traffic in the halls during the evening either. There were plenty of food options in the area which were walking distance. Rittenhouse house park is a block away is a nice option for relaxing outside of the room. There is a elevator it's tiny but very convient.

Location is great if you do not plan on driving frequently. There is a public lot a block away about $40 for 24 hours. There is limited and time restricted street parking. Although beautifully decorated there were a few oddities about some of the finishes. There weren't any extra blankets or throws available only the comforter from the bed. There is only a tv in the living room downside for anyone who needs the TV to sleep.

The location was great for shopping, eating, people-watching, etc.

The window side of this apartment faces a huge open lot (where something large was torn down). It contributed to making the room quite noisy at night and was also not the best view (but I wasn't there for the view.)

Very convenient location for us. Clear, clean, comfortable, well equipped everywhere, from the kitchen to the bathroom.

Some street noise, audible despite good quality windows. The disadvantage of city centers.

It was a great setup for us to be able to do some work done while we were visiting with family. The setup was great for both of us. The location was super. It was so good to have some snacks and water when we arrived as well. The staff was really great about communication.

Not really much to put here because the place fully met out expectations. The only element was some construction going on outside the window. However, we just closed the door to the bedroom and it didn't both us.

The apartment is great. Has everything you need. Take into account there is no oven, just a microwave. There was also no toaster, but upon request one was delivered to the apartment, great service. The ability to was our clothes was also great. Location was perfect.

The only downside for us, was no rack for hanging our clothes. We didn't want to put some of our delicates in the dryer, so we were limited in washing them.

Everything! It was perfect in every way for this stay. The walls are a bit thin but it’s still great! It’s right in a very nice area where all the shops are! It’s like an outdoor mall in Philly!

Spacious and modern apartment in a central location and easy access with lift

No window in bedroom, and only view out was on a building site, but this didn’t markedly reduce the value of the experience.
