The hotel was clean and new, no issues. We went to a show at stage AE which was a short 10min walk away along the water. Parking and breakfast were included which is a great perk. Overall we were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the stay.

The only thing I didn’t like is if you don’t use valet (which is also included but my husband refused) you can self park. But the only way into the hotel is walking through the casino or walking the minimum 4 flights of stairs and going outside to get back in. The casino requires ID and I wasn’t sure if they’d search big suitcases since you walk through a metal detector. Also if you stay with kids I don’t think you can go that way, so you’d be stuck hiking the stairs anyways. I saw a couple kiddos in wedding parties stuck going that way. I just wish they had another elevator or way to get to the hotel from the ramp. I get you want people to go to the casino or use the valet, but not everyone does or can.

This is a beautiful hotel right next to the Casino. The staff were VERY kind and friendly they checked us in early as per an earlier request, which was really nice. They even gave us a room with a terrific view of the river. Really appreciated their kindness. Breakfast was ok, not great and was cold. The choices of hot items was good and different every day. This hotel is within walking distance of PNC park; Acrisure stadium and the North Shore which has some really great restaurants, bars and shops. Parking is by Valet, but is free. Really loved this hotel.

There is no business center at this location. The lobby of the hotel smelled VERY Smoky in the morning (from the Casino) but it was unpleasant when eating breakfast. ( this smell does NOT carry over to the rooms at all) Also the Valet parking is nice, but in order to get your car back you have to walk through security in the casino to get to the Valet desk.. this means that if you have a purse or your luggage you have to wait while they go through it EVERY TIME.. just to get your car back.. they need a Valet desk that cators ONLY to hotel guests. I would also say that they should relegate the smokers to a “deeper” part of the Casino instead of at the front of the Casino. It is very off putting to smell smoke as soon as you walk in the door.

I absolutely loved this place! We had a beautiful view outside our window and the room was very clean and pretty. I liked that it was connected to the casino, there was free parking, and the property was well maintained and very clean.

I did not like that you had to do valet parking to be able to unload your luggage. You are not allowed to take the luggage through the casino(I do understand this), which means you can’t park yourself. I wish there was another elevator that could take us from where we parked ourselves to the hotel. We are not comfortable with others driving our car.

breakfast - eggs barely edible/odd texture/taste.....pancakes cold and no flavor......pastries were very very bad.....like out of a bad gas station.........also one toaster that didn't work.........warm apple/orange juice.. bizarre breakfast for such a nice hotel get rid if the discount pastries.......place several new toaster devices......chill the juices..........maybe no eggs. Or an egg station with tips possible? weird placement for luggage carts ROOM WAS HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNABLE TO CONTROL ROOM TEPERTAURE - THIS HURT THE TRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location was great, clean, friendly

The bar area was not open often- even before a huge Monday night football game. I was not told or never saw anywhere on website or with my booking that the 4 restaurants on site are only accessed through the casino- so my 17 year old couldn’t eat at any of them for 4 day stay that was NOT good, and you can’t order in lobby bar (only a couple bar apps) that would have determined my stay there and I would have chose a different hotel that he could eat at.

I loved the location of the property. It was close to downtown and and great views of the river and a walking trail. The room was amazing as well the king sized bed and the TV were great. Breakfast had options for both hot and cold items and the timings were great. We also stopped by the casino and enjoyed our time there as well. Bonus point that it is connected to the hotel.

Nothing. If I’m back in Pittsburgh this will be go to hotel option.

It was clean and breakfast was good.

It had no coffee pot in the room. There was nothing around the hotel or inside the hotel or casino really for a cup of coffee or even really a decent danish or sandwich. It was about a mile or so to any restaurants. You had to drive anywhere you needed to go. It’s a pretty desolate area. The 3:30 am wake up call with a fire alarm and evacuation of the building wasn’t too great either. Although they can’t control an idiot smoking in an elevator.

Break fast was very good. There were many options to choose from and the staff was very courteous. There is a river view, where you can take your breakfast out and sit on the couch and have a very relaxing morning.

The arrangement of tables can be a little decluttered? Have more side tables on the river view side. The hair dryer did not work and we did not bother to call them, to be replaced. They can arrange for more varieties of yoghurt, but apart from that, there is nothing much to change here.

Staff was great! Excellent customer service! Room was beautiful and very clean! We got an excellent river view and it was beautiful. Location is the best! Safe, access to the river walk and walking distance from the science center and various restaurants! Oh the best part was the complementary valet!

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment! Never expected such poor quality from a casino hotel. It was Gas station food in my opinion.

Great room at a great price. The staff was fantastic. Very helpful front desk. Great view from the room overlooking the river. Very clean rooms.

The hotel was lacking in the amenities department. No coffee maker in the room. No available vending or market in the hotel. I don't want to go into the casino when I want a late night drink or snack. The mattress was very springy instead of cushiony. Not enough available seating for breakfast buffet.
