I liked the flexibility of the staff mainly the manager. I mistakenly had missed the time I had booked the room for and the manager gave me the room for no extra charge. I really liked that sense of kindness and humanity from the manager.

I looked like there is front desk where one can go and ask what they need. Everything you need to text the manager. For example, I asked for an iron in my room and could not get it until I leave. If there were a front desk, I would have gone there and ask.

A full single bedroom apartment with a small fully equipped kitchen with a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave, living room with TV, dining table with stools, and small bathroom. There are several bus lines stopping near the door, the tram is about a half mile away. Less expensive than hotels Downtown.

This is a separate apartment building without an elevator, but Apartments 200 and 201 are not so steep. but there are apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors further up. Parking garage is $25 a day but all downtown hotels have this. after our conference was over we moved to a place with free parking.

The atmosphere, location and ease of accerss was great. It was quiet for the city.

I filled out a check out late form and never heard back. I attempted 2 days prior to get the extension. The place could use a good cleaning. The living areas.

A lot of space, comfy bed and good equipment (kettle, coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer...). Nice channel and streaming selection available on the TV too. We didn't see any staff members but they were very responsive by text, which was great. Also, we came for a hockey game and the place is really close to the arena, so that's also very convenient if that's your reason for coming to Pittsburgh! Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the flat is a great deal for the price.

The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy (still nothing bad happened, just a global feeling), and I think somebody stole all the knives or something because there's none left! Also, the pillow are BIG, like actually too big.

Apartment feel, big bright windows with a view of downtown, cute decor, full kitchen, convenient parking garage next door which I’d recommend using. I was able to fully relax and escape my life for a night while staying here. I’d stay again!

You have to make sure the main entrance door closes otherwise it’ll just stay propped open!! Poor water pressure made showering a hassle, hairs all in the bathroom (I saw others pointing this out in reviews as well). The whole place needs to be cleaned well. Also, this is in the heart of downtown so there’s a lot of road/street noise. After I came back from a night out my apartment smelled like weed I’m assuming from the people in the apartment beside mine. This didn’t bother me but it could be useful for some to know smoke carries easily between units. They’re supposed to be non smoking to begin with.

There were a lot of things I liked but overall , the concept is worth mentioning here. Since it is an apartment, it feels like you are walking into and staying at a place that could just as easy be your own downtown Pittsburgh apartment. However it comes at a rate that I considered to be the best deal in town. If this place was part of a downtown hotel, it would easily cost $300-$500 a night. A living room, a bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen. It was clean, roomy, and very affordable.

The only thing I wasn't incredibly fond of was the bathroom being directly attached to the kitchen. There is a door of course to the bathroom and it's such a tiny dislike that I almost chose not to mention but decided it's better to inform and unless you're super picky about stuff like that, should not deter you from booking the place.

The location was within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, the park and even to the river, if you wanted to go to a game on the West side. Beautiful morning sunlight in the living room. Couch was perfect for someone to drop by and catch up or share a quick meal. Bed and pillows were well kept and clean. We slept so well!

We felt mislead about how well supplied the kitchen would be. There were enough cups and plates, but there were only two forks, no spoons, one knife, and a smattering of large cooking/serving utensils. Didn't feel like this was a necessary deficiency. The door to the bedroom has left a sizeable dent in the wall where it has been left to bang against it. It could do with a bit of plaster and a strip of felt to prevent further damage. This is a minor critique: change the toilet roll dispenser. The mounted arms squeeze the roll and make it impossible to use on the holder.

Good location easy to walk to around to various highlights. Parking just across the road (but extra cost) and convenient kitchen facilities in the unit.

Pillows were really uncomfortable, very tall and rock hard. We ended up using a folded scarf instead. The unit also didn't have a single hook or rack to hang clothes, jacket or even a towel so there was no where to put anything.

Loved it all !! Cute good size rooms ! Nice living room very spacey .. nice tv ! Very comfy beds ..had a very nive living room view ! the shower was greattt !

No stove or a electric mini plug in stove top … no bedroom closets . No room tvs .. Wi-Fi didn’t work when getting on Hulu or Netflix .. the steps 2 the 4th floor

I can't say enough good things about this place. This was 100xs better and more reasonable than staying in a hotel. Super clean and all there amenities made it a perfect weekend. Plus close enough to walk to the PPG Arena for the Penguins game. Would highly recommend and will be the first place I look while staying the next time
