Check-in was quick and efficient. Valet parking was speedy and staff was very polite. The hotel is older, but the elevators were really fast. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and bars. We were impressed with how quickly the staff brought out food and cleaned the tables for the breakfast buffet. We couldn't take advantage of their "kick-back" drinks and buffet, as it didn't start until 5:30pm. We needed to leave the hotel earlier to walk to PNC Stadium for baseball games. Staff was friendly and willing to help with directions, etc.

We thought the rates at this hotel, as well as the high valet parking fee, were very expensive.

The staff was very friendly and we were given for each person staying in the room a free drink along with 3 additional $1 drinks (due to city taxes) at their open bar (beer & liquor) happy hour between 5:30pm to 7pm in their lobby with free food available (hot dogs, salad, soup, meatballs, etc so pretty big meals available during happy hour) for every day of our stay. We were also given an impromptu tour of the hotel because it was the old Federal Bank and still has the vaults available to see! The rooms were clean and very spacious with large ceilings.

The one thing I did not prefer is the only option for parking is to use their valet, and you have to call the service every time you want to use your car.

Room was spacious and had all amenities we were looking for our disabled daughter. Hotel is very well located in downtown Pittsburg close to the strip and a lot of restaurants. For busy travelers, breakfast offered for free on the site, is a plus as it saves times and money to find close places where to eat in the morning, so if you are in hurry or just want to sleep in a little late(it is provided until 10:00 am in am)is convenient to just go down in the hall and enjoy breakfast and late at night a drink can be also provided.

Entrance to the garage is very tight and valet parking requires a little waiting time to get your car and then possible more waiting time due to the exit that allows only one car at the time to go out in the main street. Not sure how this can be improved due to the location of the hotel in between other buildings, but something to consider for someone who wants to move fast in and out of the garage.

The free breakfast and happy hour were awesome. The staff couldn’t be nicer. The hotel was full but the rooms were so quiet. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Pittsburgh. I want to recognize Darnell from the breakfast help. He worked so hard to make sure there was always fresh hot food for all guests and that the tables were cleaned and ready to seat more. Loved the patio to chill with friends and family.

The valet parking situation is a nightmare! I would stay again and just self park at a garage around the corner. It’s much cheaper and you’ll get your car MUCH sooner.

We LOVED our stay!! We came in from Buffalo, NY, for the Pink concert with our 12 year old. We absolutely loved the old historic hotel, the rooftop patio, and the pool. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Next time we come to Pittsburgh we will absolutely stay again.Thank you!!!

I really have no complaints. I was going to say the "slow valet parking" but once I saw the process and all the staff had to go through (one guy was literally running to the parking garage for every vehicle he went and got, excellent and amazing staff!!) I quickly changed my mind. Thank you all again for the amazing stay, the kind staff, and the fun time.

The Drury welcomed us with a free drink at the lobby bar (beer or wine) and a light dinner. This was unexpected but welcome after our long drive to arrive in Pittsburgh. The hotel's location in the financial district is a short walk to Point State Park, where one can get a close-up view of the confluence of the three rivers. It's also a short distance from Market Square, where several restaurants and other attractions are. In the morning, there's a hot breakfast included in the price of the room, with a wide variety of items from which to choose.

The one thing that irritated me was the cost of parking. At $37 for an overnight stay, it seemed excessive and increased our cost of stay dramatically. There aren't any alternatives for parking in the neighborhood, and the hotel obviously takes advantage of this.

Excellent customer service from front desk to Cafeteria/dining hall staff to Valet parking Crew! Good location in downtown of Pittsburgh! The hotel lobby and room with high ceiling are beautiful and spacious! The room is squeaky clean and spacious, and the beds are comfy. Continental breakfast with variety of food is plenty and excellent and is served with real plate, cup and silverware (not with plastic plate and fork/spoon/knife). More important, the cafeteria staff went around to check on customers make sure everything is ok. We definitely will stay here again if we come back to visit Pittsburgh.

Everything, the staff was phenomenal the most welcoming group of people I've ever encountered in a hotel, everyone was helpful and went above and beyond I never felt rushed when asking for assistance. The breakfast was by far best one in a hotel I've had, the eggs were nice and fluffy the biscuits were buttery and pulled apart so easily, they had a waffle station and fresh fruits and cereals/oatmeal. The kickback dinner with the drink vouchers were icing on the cake, not only was I able to efficiently spend my time handling work but I was able to take time to go downstairs and meet other stayers at the hotel and enjoy the great tasting food. Location cannot be beat, within walking distance of so many coffee shops, of the best cigar lounge I've been to (the Nicaraguan selection was choice - my client truly enjoyed themselves). I could not have asked for a better stay, I will absolutely be staying here every time I visit Pittsburgh.

For once I can say nothing, I enjoyed everything.

Proximity to everything such as the convention center and public transportation; absolutely lovely and helpful staff and I mean *everyone* was a gem from the front desk, to the food staff, to the maintenance and valet. Regarding the rooms, they were up to date, pleasant and enjoyable experience with all the amenities I needed. I was also to bring my furry fido friend so she wouldn't get anxiety with me being away.

Just about the room, it was a little small and the heat didn't want to stay at the temp I wanted at times. The pool area is also a little small for the amount of guests the hotel can fit at capacity, and since no one was monitoring the area, one family was hogging the jacuzzi way past 10 minutes.

Arrival time the young gentleman when asked about help with suitcase and I had on a visual neck brace and knee brace on stated he was the valet staff person. I went through the door with two steps not realizing there was a no step entrance but no one helped even though I was the only customer there. However leaving at three am was an awesome experience. The lady helped me and made sure the taxi driver was there for me. She was wonderful
