Very clean room with a nice view. Comfortable beds with luxurious pillows and blankets. Quiet hallway. Valets were very quick to assist at the front door and very friendly. Beautiful hotel very nicely decorated. Walkway to convention center is convenient. Easy parking.

Employees at both check in and out weren’t friendly. Rather blah in doing their job. Paying $388 for one night I’d expect a bit more enthusiasm, maybe even a hello or thank you. Maid on 20th floor couldn’t help us and told us to go to the registration counter to ask any questions. She was on a loud, personal cell phone call. I actually expected there to be two maids cleaning a room when I walked over to the room she was in, but it was just one maid on a cell phone conversation.

Very nice hotel, had a large bar and restaurant inside. Able to buy snacks & alcohol & checkout yourself. Staff was great and the room was very clean. They also had soap, shampoo & conditioner in the shower on the wall in large bottles.

We were there for a dinner dance and they wouldn't give us the union price since the rooms were all booked, so we had to pay a higher cost even though they still had rooms available and on top of it we paid for breakfast which would have been in the price of the union room.

Bed was great. Room was clean and each day I appreciated a set of clean towels

I wasn't told when I checked in that I was being assigned to a handicaped room. With so many handicaped individuals attending our conference who could have used or appreciated a handicaped room. I wasn't given the option

Location was great. We were going to the convention center - connected. The front desk staff was great. All that I interacted with. On check in, the desk agent gave us a double room, which was our desire. One able to book a single king when we booked. Really appreciated the change to our room.

For the price we paid for this room, it was nothing special. Realize that it is COVID-times, but room is not serviced daily currently. Had to ask for more towels, which were delivered quickly, but the need to ask seems to put the burden on the guest when paying $300 a night for a room. Room was cool - raised the thermostat to 82 just to feel comfortable/warm. It was a cold weekend in Pittsburgh, but the heat seemed to be a little off what the thermostat registered.

As soon as your walk in it is beautiful and smells divine. Such friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early. Great working spaces. The bed.... oh was the bed ever lush and comfortable! The shower was heavenly!!! The small added touches like my name on the tv as a welcome and goodbye didn't go unnoticed. We will be staying here everytime we come back to our fave city!

Staff was amazing. beautiful view from the 22nd floor, but the window was very dirty. Very nice stay.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Convenient to the convention center. Double room was very big! Extremely noisy hallway.

Very noisy in the hallway. You can hear everything and unfortunately people are not respectful these days. Kids running up and down the hallway at 10pm. Girls taking and laughing in the hallway by the elevators until almost midnight. You can hear everything.

Great Location, Very Clean, Friendly Reception Staff.

Billies Restaurant Staff were rude and they waited on alll the Men prior to Addressing our order. The room has no microwave. The bathroom has no vent which made it very wet and slippery.

The location to Heinz Field and restaurants is perfect, the lobby and room and well-appointed, and the food in both restaurants is excellent! The wait staff in the BOTH restaurants are extremely friendly and helpful.
