The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Maria was wonderful and easily gave us what we needed since we didn’t request daily room service. We liked dealing with her.

Our only complaint was the doors slamming. I woke up around 4 am hearing two different doors slamming in the hallway. There should b a way to prevent these doors from slamming…much too noisy.

1) Shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were in dispensor bottles in shower, (instead of small bottles) 2) Television has streamed services which can be accessed anonymously and/or via login (allows pausing of viewed programs or repeat of scenes)

A) Some stains on wallpaper and on closet door B) Wood furnishings or drawers are chipped C) Tags on electrical appliances and mattressed are unnecessary and should be removed before distribution to rooms (such as found on cords for lamps, microwaves, clock-radios, telephones, hair dryers, irons, air conditioners, televisions, coffee makers, refrigerators, and any other tagged items) D) Outlets did not have USB ports E) Misinformed that room had no sofa bed, when in fact it did

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The decor was updated and the facility was clean. I saw security walking and checking around the pool and lobby, often.

There was a problem with my reservation which was stressful, it got resolved but added unnecessary stress. I like getting pool hours and cafe hours on check in which we're not given. The room temperature was pretty warm for my likings, but that is adjustable.

I enjoyed just about everything. Right away I was impressed with the customer service with the help of Evan and Emily at the front desk. Any questions I had they would answer right away and go about it in a very courteous manner. You always feel welcomed. The rooms are very pleasant with comfy beds, modern furniture, bathroom with tile and granite, hot shower/bathtub. The indoor pool was open as well as the whirlpool and was very enjoyable.

Some of the rooms furnishings were a little outdated. Some damage to the edges of the desk and drawers would feel rough when attempting to open them. The cable television was not working during our stay. Netflix had streamed perfectly, however. Other than that, the room was great.

Stayed here to attend a wedding at the near by country club. Was very surprised to find out that they had a shuttle van to take those, that wanted it, to the venue and pick us back up. This was a great service, especially since the wedding was during the evening and I could enjoy a cocktail or 2 without worrying about driving back.

The lobby, cafe and sitting areas were very nice, and I liked that we were able to get food to order. Though the bed in our room was broken, we were quickly given another room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

The sofa cushion was dirty, but we flipped it over and it was ok to use. There was not enough coffee in the room for two of us, only one reg and one decaf. The pool was closed during our stay, but we were informed if this ahead of time.

The bistro was great, the girls who ran it were super. Thankfully, because the front desk didn't handle our breakfast credits properly so it took two days (& extra money) to figure it out.

Communication from front desk to bistro regarding our meal plan. Also, we were there 4.5 days and had no housekeeping...our trash was overflowing. Our towel rack was not on the wall. We notified front desk after the 1st night, they said they'd address it, but it was still on the floor when we left. ...and our car was sideswiped by a guest in the parking lot but the courtesy shuttle conveniently blocks the parking lot view from cameras.

loooooooooooved it!!!! so clean, the bed was comfy and the jacuzzi was so nice. everyone there was so nice and helpful. i paid for a room with breakfast included and the next morning for breakfast, the bistro was closed. we asked the front desk if we missed breakfast or something and they said they ran out but we could go to breakfast anywhere and have a $25 limit but if we go over it the limit or not, they will have that amount taken off the bill for the hotel. very helpful.

The location was great close to Twin Rivers casino, Roger Williams Park Zoo and a great Italian restaurant called Pizzeria Romano will stay here again.

Need a new TV in the room something was faulty with the signal not many channels would come in, also need a screen on the window we like to open up the windows for some fresh air.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was extremely clean.
