Love that’s it was literally across the street from Providence mall which is huge. The rooms are very spacious. I like that when you enter the tone you’re not automatically greeted by a bed it’s a little hallway and a corner. High ceilings Bluetooth tv easily listen up your music from your phone to the tv (i have an iPhone) my stay was great would recommend and would definitely stay again.

It sucks that it don’t have a pool

The check-in process was smooth even though I was early, which was a very welcome start. I had room 413 which had a direct view of the Capitol Building. It was a fairly spacious double occupancy room. The bathroom lighting was excellent and I like the no-fog mirror. Also appreciated the Aveda shower toiletries on offer.

I ordered breakfast room service. Maybe it's a post-Covid thing but the food comes in a box with plastic cutlery like take-away, which isn't so appetizing. The omelette was enormous and not very refined (eg. the onions were in big pieces rather than chopped).

Beautifully-converted, huge Masonic Temple. Friendly staff. Attractive and spacious rooms and common spaces. Hip bar/restaurant. Easy walk to downtown Providence and on the hill by the State House so away from the hoi polloi. All in all a swanky place for a reasonable price.

Not much but we discovered that the staff of this hotel, and likely the staff of many others, do not read requests from guests about rooms if done via Booking; thus we received the opposite of what we had asked for. Also the bathroom was a tad dark and lacking in counter space the room could have used more seating options. But these are quibbles.

The beds need a better comforter. Soap, body lotion and those bath amenities are very poor and bad quality. A better place restaurant or cafe is needed for breakfast, its very uncomfortable to have breakfast on the Bar Area downstairs.

This was truly a luxurious hotel, yet tasteful and unpretentious. We were up on the 8th floor but the elevators came so fast we were always downstairs in a jiffy. We had a cot brought in for our daughter yet there was still lots of space. It is great if you have a teenager to share a room with -- lots of space. I would stay here again.

The breakfast restaurant was full when we went down there: you need reservations for breakfast, I would say.

The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean, the matress was very comfortable. In the morning there is complementary coffee. The hotel is located close to the convention center, shopping mall. nice gym.

difficult to enter one side was somewhat blocked with cones and when I questioned why they did not move the cones to make it easier to enter the answer from valet was construction not our cones! Answer was weak and some arrangement should be made with the contractors to continue to allow for easy access

a five minute walk from Providence rail station and right on the edge of town. it took us 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to Water Fire. loved the below ground bar - barman was amazing and seemed to keep everyone smiling, laughing, and with full glasses

We had a competition at the Veterans. So convenient and had lots of food options around. The host/manager of the restaurant was a bit rude but the waitstaff was fantastic. Loved the size of the bathroom !

The length of time for valet . But nothing really to complain about
