Courtyard Providence Downtown

Unfortunately i didn't take advantage of the breakfast so i can't comment on it at the moment. However, the property is centrally located, which makes it perfect for everyone from business personnel to family as close to the mall, downtown businesses and food establishment..

I strongly feel that some improvement needs to be done with the parking system and the scanning of a QR coded piece of paper. The way the system was set up is great to take advantage of but since it was a small piece of paper and the angles to do just to scan.. Really think needs to be improved or looked at to be a smoother process.

Great location !! Comfortable stay, beds are super comfy

I was charged parking..$30 for the night...was disappointed that I was charged that...not sure if I wasn’t supposed to enter that garage but I wouldn’t been nice to get taken of...I’ve never paid to park at a hotel I’ve stayed at...don’t know if I’ll stay again unless I can figure out what I did wrong

The amenities of having a lounge/Starbucks and breakfast spot all in one was great for me and my husband as we have a 1 year old and having quick access to coffee/food or cocktail was a bonus. Also for it being so close to where they do Waterfire is just a golden ticket.

I was not a fan of the bathtub. There was definitely build up over the years that you can see and I just was not thrilled with seeing that in the shower. Also the pillows were down pillows which is fine if I have a firm pillow as well but it was hard to get comfortable with down pillows for me.

Right in the center of the city - just a short walk from the Amtrak/commuter train station, Kennedy Plaza (central bus station), downtown and the rivers & canals. Plenty of restaurants, shops and things to do. - The Brown U campus s about 15 minutes away, if you are college-shopping or attending a conference. The staff is universally friendly, helpful and knows the area very well. Rooms are large, comfy and clean, and with great views of Providence. Breakfast is available daily from effectively an in-house Starbuck.

The only drawback was the somewhat moody laundry machine. Prepare to wash things twice, and have enough quarters ready.

Perfectly located, the staff was wonderful all the time. The most comfortable bed I ever slept in! I just found it a bit odd that no one came to clean the room and change the towels during the 5 days we stayed there, but perhaps it works differently in the USA and we actually have to ask for it? Anyway, despite that, we had an amazing stay and I totally recommend it!

It was right down town short walk to AMICA pladium

The staff didn’t realize I wasn’t baggage and pushed me in my wheelchair without asking and the manager thought it was the language barrier and it took 3 no’s for him to go. But as I told the manager it is a society problem and upon leaving for business a van blocked the ramp and had to wait till someone got on before it was moved

Helpful and supportive staff. Very courteous. I love that I can always count on a comfortable bed and getting a good night's sleep. Good location and good value.

The bathroom had an off smell, especially in the shower. I am very sensitive and it was stronger in the shower. The parking area near the entrance had limited spaces so I had to drive around the corner to park in a parking garage with a special card to enter and exit. It was late and as a female traveling alone at night this was stressful.

The location is very convenient and close to the mall waterfire. Rooms are clean and in nice condition. Very spacious with a Starbucks downstairs.

The coffee place closes to early. Parking card did not work a couple of times. Rooms are noisy depending on which side you face and who else is on your floor. The times I have stayed there were always some kind of college team in town staying and would be going up and down the halls.

Proximity to convention centre. Cleanliness of the space.

I didn’t like that I was charged 30 USD per night for parking when I wasn’t warned beforehand.

Exceptionally friendly staff from the front desk to starbucks/breakfast. My family was visiting Brown University's admit day, and it was within walking distance. I booked this hotel again for my son's college move-in in August. The shopping mall was across the street, which made it even more convenient.
