Affordable hotel room rates & the new slot machines! We haven't stayed in the hotel in three years & we liked some of the changes.

No microwave oven to warm some leftover food. Also, I wish pets (eg: cats/dogs) were allowed in the room. My husband would have accompanied us, but he stayed home with the dog. Maybe your hotel should have a designated floor for pets only so they could stay in the rooms while your guests gamble. People don't want to leave their pets behind for multiple reasons so I'm 100 % sure that if you allow this then you’ll have more guests staying @ this wonderful & affordable hotel.

Front desk customer service person on Saturday, February 18 was very rude. I grabbed a soda from the Copen cooler next to the front desk. No one was there. Went back when I saw someone there to tell them I took the soda and the woman at the front desk never said a word just pointed to the trash barrel so I explain to her what I did and still no acceptance to her behavior. Pointing to a customer to the trash barrel, and not saying a word I have to ask is that part of your customer service

rooms were very clean, bathroom spotless

signage for parking and how to get to elevators could be better but thats about it. when you book should tell you about the private lot just for hotel guests. also check in desk never explained we needed to use room card to get down hall to the elevator. but we figured it out ok. girl at front desk gates her job, not rude just not friendly and welcoming bit again not a big deal

The staff were exceptional. This was our first time and they explained everything. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The floor we were on was so quiet and peaceful. Made the long awaited trip wonderful Will definitely be returning.

There's really nothing I didn't like except they put a hold on card for full amt and when we checked out no printable receipt because printer didn't work. I paid cash for room so still waiting for security deposit and rmm hold to be released

the rooms are very very clean ,staff was wonderful,accommodate whatever need be. Beautiful heated pool. I loved the room so much I booked it for New Year’s Eve !!

it was still under construction. we didn’t like the elevator not being close to the casino. it is quite a walk to go gamble!! Also the pay off was so much better befor Covid . I used to win all the time ! NOW forget it. I noticed nobody was winning . everyone was complaining . playing slot machines your lucky to win 10 cents . lost 1100.00 in 2 hrs. it never was this bad.

The pool was fabulous. The rooms are modern and sleek and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in.

We ended up in a room that has an adjoining door to the room beside it. I can’t say for sure if that was the reason we could hear the people staying next to us all night long. They were very loud and whether it be the door in between the rooms or thin walls, it’s not very sound proof.

If there was breakfast provided, I was unaware of it. The facility was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool and fitness center were great and there were many options for food right within the building.

When we made the reservation, it would have been helpful if I had been advised to use the North entrance in order to check in to the hotel. That was a bit confusing when I arrived. Also, the parking situation is not good. I was unable to access the "Hotel/VIP" parking area and therefore had to park across the street (quite far away) since we arrived on a Friday night.

My husband and I go every year for his bday! Short easy ride from Halifax Ma we go and enjoy the nightly entertainment along with a little gambling, always enjoy a meal at wicked good bar and have options to go back to room anytime we want. Still under construction so def inconvenienced checking in and then running back to car to park it after check in -they should have a speaker at gate so your able to check in and park all at once but always a good time -never disappoints

Checking in and parking into the hotel too long of a walk to room as it is so if they can allow you to check in at gate then park for those only staying at hotel

What Breakfast? The Hotel did not have anywhere to even get coffee except that little thing in your room you call a coffee pot... They should at least install a breakfast and lunch area and maybe serve dinner for their Hotel Guests, Just saying because the hotel guests are kind of left out of the equation after booking their Hotel Room.. Pool Looked very inviting but did not use it... Have a Great Day...............

Install Hotel Restaurant For Hotel Guests, Thanks. I think Your Guests would Really Enjoy eating their Breakfast, or Maybe Lunch or even Dinner in a more Quiet Atmosphere away From the Casino Area.... Just Suggesting,, Thanks For Listening.....

The smoking section was not adequately vented, and since you have to go through the smoking section to get to the second floor nonsmoking section, you’re exposed,and fir people with Asthma this is concerning 🙄
