The cottages are great! The sunset is the most beautiful being seen from the front cottages. Beds are comfy and it’s really nice to have a washer & dryer in the cottages!

The swimming pool is being advertised as part of the amenities but was not open even after Memorial Day. Also, one of the times my family stayed in the cottages, the sheets in the bedroom had hair all over and did not smell like being washed. We found an extra sheet for the couch and used it to cover the unwashed sheet in the bedroom!

Everything about this place was wonderful. Loved being able to go out on deck to drink coffee quiet from street noise, would definitely stay in one of the bigger places for a family trip very close to downtown Newport which was great!

Being in the bottom floor we were able to hear our upstairs neighbors constantly walking around it seemed overly loud so that was really all

Great central location on beautifully landscaped ground. We’ll-equipped cottage. Excellent kitchen and en-suite laundry facilities. Nice bathroom. Centrally located to Newport and beaches. You do need a car.

Never disappoints! My partner and I love this hotel when we go on Newport trips, it's our go to. The location is excellent, there's a vineyard right next door and close to stores/beach. It's off a main road but despite this, the hotel is quiet at night!

It had everything we needed. Great amount of room, very clean, appliances and wifi included. Amazing water pressure in shower and completely amazed by the heated bathroom floor.

I think the only thing that was a little disappointing was the size of the TVs. Not a dealbreaker but would’ve been nice if a little bigger.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect and the property was beautiful. Our room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was so nice. We can’t wait to go back!

The accommodations were excellent. Incredibly well appointed and modern. Makes a great place to stay for a long weekend. But the truly differentiating element was the staff. They were responsive to any issue and very accommodating. I was waiting for a UPS pa mage to arrive and they actively communicated with me and was willing to assist in delivering to my room if I was late to the hotel. However, nothing compares to the help I received from Aggie the manager when I locked the car keys in the trunk. She immediately called her maintenance man to assist and then called AAA using her membership. It was a team effort to get us back in to the car giving us just enough time to make it to our event! Without their help it would have ruined what ended up being an amazing day. I am so incredibly appreciative and would not hesitate to stay again. Don’t look any farther. Book a cottage now!!!

We stayed in the "tiny houses"....our family booked 4 and they all faced each other (the other ones are in rows). It was perfect for our reunion. We used the sofa beds as well. Upstairs suite feels huge.

Perhaps a picnic table in the area of the 4 houses that are in a group....we had to eat pizza on the ground on the stones in order to share a meal together.

Excellent location 10 mins from downtown Newport and right next to the vineyard/brewery. The room was exceptional and check in was so easy. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

There wasn’t any breakfast offered as far as I know. It happened to have been bad weather but we made the best of our trip. Would come again.

The sink could have been bigger in the kitchenette although we did use it.
