The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. We saw her every day and she was just the best!!

Room and bathroom very clean. We also had a whirlpool, which I did not ask for, and that was very clean also. We used it and enjoyed it. The toilet and shower area was very small. Separate sink/dressing area. Sleeping area good size with nice ammenities. Beds comfortable. I used the pool 3 times. Pool area clean, furniture clean, nicely arranged, clean towels. Pool water was sparkling, temp of water and room perfect. I suggest painting the white boarder around the top of the pool tile. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Again, very clean area. All staff was friendly and welcoming. I felt the rate was a good price for the area.

I have no complaints. The toilet and shower room was small but I liked the sink and dressing area being separate and a good size.

I am homeless and love it it’s very clean and I am support my own way and to society because rents are too high and I live on once a month check and I also had frostbite in my feet so the doctor recommended me to go somewhere to be warm and safe and I’m warm and safe here at the Quality here in Middletown Rhode Island

All is clean

First of all they changed my dates because of a flight change at my end. So my stress level was immediately reduced, thanks to the hotel. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was very nice and people could spread out while eating. The room was spotless. The price was more than fair and it was easy to come and go to Newport. I booked this hotel because I couldn't afford Newport but would say it was even better than being in town on so many levels. The staff insisted on cleaning my reusable coffee cup! They loaded my suitcases onto the cart - even when I said it wasn't necessary. It was a soothing environment, the room was really private. I loved this hotel

Checking in was super easy and quick. Everyone was extremely friendly. Are room was right next to the pool and side door so it was easy to get the kids in and out instead of going through the Hotel.

There wasn't a lot that we didn't like I guess the only thing was that room and I have a lot of privacy

The staff was fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic as we were there for Officer graduation on the Naval base. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The hotel overall is showing its age. A lot of the room doors need to be replaced or resurfaced. The carpet is pretty worn down. We were quite happy when we opened the door and our room was so clean.

Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included. Comfy bed and all facilities very clean.

It was a little far away from the main street, habour and restaurants. It necessary hire a car as it is difficult taxis or even Uber.

Room was clean. Good price. Beds comfy. My 16 year old didn't want to get up. Said "10/10...5 stars". Quick stay to deal with family medical emergency. But would've stayed longer.

Location good for visiting Newport. Stores, restaurants, post office close by. Room was spacious & clean, A/C worked fine.

Tiny bathroom, hallway carpet could use replacement, hot water problem in my room Monday the 29th. Never found out what was wrong, reported it. Left early morning on the 30th, so I didn't pursue it further.

This hotel is about 10 mins from Newport! Check in was easy and my room was what I expected. I was unable to obtain a late check out but my check out was extended by 30 mins which was fine!

The bathrooms are indeed very small but serves its purpose. Our room was located near an entrance/ exit so constantly hearing the door slam first thing in the morning was annoying.
