My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Motel 6 in Newport and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. First and foremost, the staff at Motel 6 were simply outstanding. Their warm and welcoming demeanor created an inviting atmosphere from the very start. Every interaction, whether at the front desk or in the hallways, was met with genuine smiles and a willingness to assist with any request. Their knowledge about the local area and eagerness to provide helpful recommendations truly enhanced my stay. One of the standout features of this motel is its ideal location, situated a short distance from downtown. Within a short drive, I found myself immersed in the lively atmosphere, surrounded by charming shops, exquisite dining options, and attractions. Being able to experience the essence of Newport within minutes of leaving the motel was an absolute delight. Another aspect that truly impressed me was the comfort of the beds. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to sink into the plush bedding and enjoy a restful night's sleep. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort. I found the amenities to be modern and sufficient, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. In conclusion, my experience at Motel 6 in Newport was nothing short of excellent. The staff's outstanding hospitality, ideal location and comfortable beds made my visit truly memorable. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone seeking a satisfactory stay in Newport.

I like that the bed was a queen sized bed. The linens were clean over all the room was very well cleaned. Towels were fresh and enough for two adults.

I honestly can not say that disliked anything at all. There was a shopping center next door that everything I needed. Staff was good to me.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel the staff is nice and very accommodating to the guest needs and they are very pet friendly. The location is awesome and very close to everything you need as far as restaurants and shopping they even have a laundromat right next to the hotel for guest staying longer than a few nights totally worth the stay

when we arrived at 11pm they told us “I see your reservation but we do not have a room available and there is nothing we can do”. They told us there has been glitches with third party bookings and that it happened to 10 other people that day. So maybe they should have called us? It was 11pm and they told us to leave with just a refund, no compensation for the trouble or care for what they did to us. terrible service, they should have called us if they knew they were booked up and had no space for our reservation! I went to motel 6 as a cheap place they stay but never again!! Besides that, the place was an absolute disgusting dump.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and even helped me with my bags. Location of motel was close to where I needed to be. Overall great experience!

Channels on the tv that actually worked.

Great staff - Naritza & Sara were phenomeneol with check in and making sure we had a room available for early check in. The room was very clean! The beds were okay. The remote for the TV was terrible, taped up and hard to use. The room smelled a little like mildew, which was a bit gross. The room was a standard hotel room, but we were fine with it. There was no fridge or coffee maker or microwave. The facilities were okay, you can tell they need an extra cleaning and upgrade, but the staff was great and we felt safe. There was plenty of parking and it was so close to many stores and bars if you need.

The room smelled like mildew a little, i think it was the AC. the remote sucked. Water pressure wasn't strong.

We Skipped breakfast as we left very early to go fishing., Edna the desk person was very polite and accommodating.
