Comfort Inn Blythewood - North Columbia

The air conditioner was running weak. I pulled out the filter, and it was clogged. The housekeeper cleaned it for me. On another issue, I tried to call the front desk, and the phone stayed busy. I went downstairs to the front desk, and no one was there. Also, my stay was two days. Our keys stopped working after the first day. The breakfast was good. The room was visibly cleaned.

The location was great for what we needed.

When I booked the room it was raining real bad. As soon as I clicked on confirm the entire city was without power. The evening desk worker went above and beyond to help mama and I get into a room, with No power. Then the power came back on, he escorted us just to make sure the key would work.

I would stay again

Biscuits and gravy for breakfast. 2 chairs (one with wheels) in the double queen room. The bell to ring for staff at the front check in desk is painted with a yellow smiley face. I had to resist ringing it! 4 pillows on each bed was great!

The broken table in the breakfast area (but that is being picky).

Glad that were able to get a room here because of it being in such a convenient place near the highway. The bed and pillows were heavenly and after a long drive very much appreciated. It felt so much like heaven !!!

Nothing we didn't really like but I would have to say our room was clean but basic. No hair drier but I didn't really need one.

It was easy on and off the highway. We thought it was clean and comfortable, for one night, and excellent complimentary breakfast and ample parking. The price was super reasonable compared to other properties nearby.

The room was very clean, however, a little run down. It could have used some updating.

The location was great. The staff and service were excellent. Great stay for our pet.

The bed was not comfortable.and decor need upgrading, microwave, lamps had rust on them,refrigerator didn't get cold enough, cracks in wall and paint was chipped.

room is well cleaned, bed was made and new linen in the bathroom on time every day, staff was always available and willing to help breakfast is back, last visit was only prepackaged food

tub did not drain well, it was cleared once but still did not flow good

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast attendant was very helpful and doing a good job .

Small stuff, but would liked to have bars in the bathroom on which to hang wet towels and washcloths. Breakfast menu could have varied a bit from day to day.

We have stayed here twice and it will be our "overnight" stop when we travel South. It is clean, quiet, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Even during COVID they provide a filling breakfast in the morning. The pool and outside lounge areas are kept extremely clean. A great stay at very reasonable and affordable price.

I have an issue with the bathroom. There needs to be a grab bar next to the tub/shower. You don't need to be handicapped or disabled to have something available to assist in getting in/out of the bath tub.

The gentleman who was there during my stay was very polite and willing to serve you in any way he could. My opinion he needs an excellent raise.
