Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Blythewood, an IHG Hotel

A very personable young man checked us in when we arrived and the hotel location is great with several restaurants within walking distance if you're so inclined. Room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. We didn't get to try the breakfast out as we were in a hurry to leave, but if the aromas wafting down the hall was any indication, it was delicious! This was reason for 9 rating. Overall, our stay was wonderful and would not hesitate to stay there again if we're ever in the area again.

The only thing I can say we didn't like was one of the k-cups in the room was decaf. We both like our coffee full strength but I'm sure if we'd asked, we could have gotten a regular one. Definitely won't stop us from staying again!

The lady at front desk was very nice. My room was upgraded due to it was not ready at check in. And I reserved the room weeks in advance. The bed was soft and comfortable. Location was great . Very close to the where I had to go for a wedding.

Room wasn't ready. Large red spot on carpet, like someone spilled juice. The door to the bedroom did not have a door stopper. Had to use tissue so that it would not keep hitting the wall above the closet area. Walls are very thin. Whoever stay in the room next to me was running up and down the room from 1133pm - 1242am. Then back up again running from 6am till maybe close to 9. I believe the hotel has a exercise room.

Close to highway. Easy check-in . Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast ! Comfy bed !

Windows in room all fogged up. Could barely see out of them. Bathroom was clean except the shower needed some improvements. The tub/ shower area had mold in corners and a smell. (inside and outside of tub) Also toilet flush was very loud. You could hear the other room flushing their toilet !! Pretty loud !!

I love the fact everything was around the corner!! Any food you needed was right there! I loved it! The gas station right where you need it before hitting the road! The location was great! Me and my family enjoyed the stay :)

The fridge wasn't as cold as I would have liked it. It didn't close all the way sometimes had to hold it close before it stayed closed. The freezer part of it was alittle dirty but nothing a quick wipe and hot rag can't fix.

Located right off the freeway. There was a good Mexican restaurant within walking distance plus other restaurants close by and a gas station. The linens and towels were clean. Good breakfast in the morning and pleasant staff.

The room needed vacuuming. We found a coin and a plastic lid on the floor of our room. The hallway needed cleaning as well.

The property was clean and cozy. The bathrooms were clean but the maintenance was sloppy (caulk and paint). The staff was wonderful! Brandee (front desk) was absolutely awesome! Warm and accommodating. The kitchen staff also was sweet and the food was really good (I can’t remember her name). Breakfast on 6/28 The pool was clean and the grounds were well kept. Glad we decided to stay!

Bathrooms needs a handy man. Everything worked and was clean but could use some free caulk.

The staff was extremely friendly, and they made sure to meet accommodations for my disabled mother. The beds were also very comfortable.

The disabled room was a little tight for someone with a wheelchair. The rooms could use a little updating, especially the bathrooms.

Everything was very clean, convenient and comfortable. I was happy to have a bathtub and AC that worked well. We were happy with breakfast -- even though the hotel was not yet allowing diners in the breakfast area, a staff member individually served a "take out" meal from a good variety of the regular items that would be on the buffet. We were traveling with friends and we all enjoyed our breakfast together at a table outside by the pool.

The staff was great. When I arrived it was a little misunderstanding with the reservation. They fixed it and everything worked out. I was very happy with my room. The breakfast was also very good and nice and hot. Had a great stay. I would come back and stay again.

Didn’t really like anything about my stay. Everything was great to me.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the check in process was very quick. It was close to several restaurants and gas stations. The room was nice and clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. Room service came in and clean the room and changed the bedding when I left for the day. That was great.

The bathroom was kinda of small. The toilets are very low to the floor. Need upgraded. The shower head needed to be clean better and I also notice hair on the towels. No sink inside the room but do have a microwave and fridge. That’s crazy.
