At check in we had A++++ service from the gentleman. The bed and pillows were so comfortable after driving all day. The breakfast was a good small selection to choose from. This hotel topped the much more expensive Hilton we stayed at the next night. I would definitely stay here again.

We missed having fresh fruit at breakfast

We had a great and comfortable stay here. The hotel is exactly what I would have expected for the price (one of the least expensive options I found). The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle worked as advertised. My kids LOVED the pool. Location was convenient to both airport and downtown with a rental car. Plenty of free parking on site and many restaurants nearby. It met our needs 100%.

My only complaint is that the housekeepers kept taking away 4 dirty towels and leaving only 2 clean ones. We were a family of 4. So we had to ask for extra towels at the front desk.

First thing, we pulled on to the property, and it was clean, neat and orderly. We walk in and are greeted by the nicest man standing behind the desk. Kenyon was helpful, kind, and funny! If you’re having a bad day, just talk to him. It won’t be bad anymore! The remaining staff were also very kind and professional! They take pride in their work! The breakfast in the mornings was wonderful! The waffles were really popular! I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone! It was quiet, and family friendly.

There were two small thing that could be helpful to improve the stay. The room arrangement was a little odd, and I had to take it upon myself to rearrange two items cause there wasn’t a night stand on both sides of the room. Also, as far as breakfast goes, maybe an extra waffle maker. It’s not super important details, but if those two were different, I could honestly say they wouldn’t need to change anything. But overall, this location was amazing!

Best Western never disappoints. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. No extra charge for parking. Breakfast was very good, nice variety The woman helping clear tables and bring out food was wonderful, friendly and always had the food choices full. . The staff were friendly. Went for a swim in the hotel pool which was clean with towels provided. Restaurants are close by. A little way away there is everything you can need AND an urgent care which takes walk in’s.. in case you need it.

Nothing it was great.

Parking lot felt safe and location felt safe because it is surrounded by other hotels. Walmart and restaurants are close by. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms are quiet and cozy.

The eggs at breakfast are inedible, fake, and dry. I tried to eat them but couldn’t. Breakfast options are limited. One morning, the waffles were sour tasting. They had to clean out the machine and restock it with batter, after that they tasted normal again. The breakfast staff was super-friendly. On the day we checked-in, the staff at the front desk was not friendly and made me uncomfortable. On the other days, the rest of the staff was nice. The indoor pool was not heated, it was a little chilly and no warmer than luke-warm.

It was very, very close to the job site for my work trip this weekend which made the mornings very easy. The traffic was not bad until evening time, but overall the property was in a very convenient location. I loved how it was a quick drive to downtown without downtown prices. The breakfast was decent too, and really enjoyed the waffles.

The whole fourth floor and the vent in my bathroom smelled like marijuana in certain areas and I kept getting whiffs of it as I walked around the room. It was either that or the people next to me were smokers and just smelled heavily of second hand smoke. It’s one thing to do it, which I don’t care about but when I book a hotel, I’d like a clean environment and don’t prefer strong smells since I’m prone to migraines and those strong smells trigger them.

location was good for my visit to Charleston. Room was a very nice size and comfortable. Water was hot. Hallways smelled nicely for the most part. I’ve machines worked.

It was drizzling rain and it made the lobby floors ridiculously slippery. Ot made it seem as if it had grease on it. Breakfast was ok but we ate late and could use a refresher for the late eaters. During breakfast a man fell from a window ( dk if it was from the hotel or his car but hello ambulance and police…) hotel handled the properly… just not something I like to deal with in general. The pool was ok but mostly on the cooler side. Had to wait for fresh towels to be brought in.

My check-in was great and the lady at the front desk was very courteous and exceptional customer service.

The guy at the front desk was very unpleasant and he constantly has an attitude and the housekeeping lady was knocking on my door for checkout at 9am when checkout isn't until 12 and I stated that and yet she consistently knocked and tried to get in and the man at the front desk even called me at 10 about checkout. He is consistently unprofessional and needs to be retrained in how to speak to disabled people and people in general. This is not the 1st time. So I hope the facility let's him know to watch his tone. I did have stains on my bedding and the carpet needs to be cleaned as there was a musky smell coming from them soon as I opened the door and the tub was filled with water upon my check-in. Which I'm unsure as to why it was filled up.

The staff was very nice and friendly! Spacious and clean room!

Convenient location. The front desk was nice enough to give us a free room upgrade at check in, so we stayed in the King Suite which was very nice & the bed was so comfortable. We loved it! Not super close to downtown Charleston but the 20 minute drive didn’t bother us any.

Our bedsheets weren’t dirty, but they were very worn and had some tears in them. They really should be tossed + replaced, I was surprised they would continue using them in that condition.
