We really appreciate how large your rooms were! We had a king room with a sofa bed and a two queen bed w a sofa bed and it was very spacious! Breakfast was very good, well stocked, and clean! All staff we interacted with were friendly and very knowledgeable!

One major downfall to our stay was that your hotel didn’t have any adjoining rooms so we felt like to visit with our family we left our rooms vulnerable! another issue with our stay, was that the milk that was in date was spoiled and chunky making me feel like it wasn’t kept at the correct refrigeration temperature. We didn’t go but I heard the pool was not heated and kept pretty chilly so that deter us for going swimming!

The whole family of 4 came from Florida stayed in the queen 2bed suite and it was so spacious clean and quite. The staff was friendly and breakfast was clean,stocked & hot and rate it 8/10 we loved the parking lot be well lit outside with bright lights to shine over your cars . We loved that after 11pm they lock the front entrance and you have one way in and one way out with your room key card. They short staff but if you need anything just head to the front desk to ask for what you need and they’ll give it to you.

Clean, friendly employees, and comfortable beds. We loved the pool, workout room, and free breakfast too! 😃

That breakfast ends so early! I like to sleep in a little while I am on vacation and I missed it by 1 second on our last morning which was upsetting to my kids since the lady closed the door as they were walking up! 😢 But I do understand that you have to have a set time to close up, so I brought my kids, Mom, and I to IHOP instead and it was very convenient so we made the most of it! 😊

Everything about this hotel is just wonderful to me. The staff when you walk through the door is so very pleasant and helpful. I originally was supposed to be there from Friday, September 8 through Sunday, September 10. But because of a family emergency back home, I checked out Saturday morning. Staff was very understanding and said that they were praying for me and my family as I headed back home. Will definitely stay again.

I travel to Charleston for my cancer treatment every 3 weeks, I stay here every time. It is close to my doctors, clean, comfortable and the staff is wonderful. The price is great too. I would recommend Comfort Suites to anyone traveling to Charleston.

I can't complain about anything, I have stayed here 4 times and each stay has been pleasant. I will continue to stay here every time I go to Charleston.

The staff were extremely hospitable and courteous. The room and other hotel facilities were exceptionally clean and smelled nice (most important aspect to us as we were traveling with an infant). Room was quite spacious and our king bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever experienced (a very pleasant surprise). Location was just off the highway - so very easy for us to get between downtown and North Charleston.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My family arrived at 3pm to check in. Rooms were not ready until 4pm. Our room was dirty, food on the floor, the sofa bed had stains and crumbs on it. The refrigerator was leaking and was not cold the whole stay. Also the carpets are very dirty and sticky. Also the pool was not heated, very cold

The location was close to restaurants and shopping.. Like the pool, exercise room. Good breakfast

My biggest complaint first night Friday all we heard was boom bang constantly I went out into the hallway to see what's going on. I had the staff come to the twice to hear it. Staff said its coming upstairs It sound like wild animals running at 10:30 at night I shouldn't have to pay for that. At one point we left the room went to the lobby and car. The staff went to to talk to guess he said he told them to quite down. The staff John was caring trying to solve the problem. I give him a star

We got to our first room n the water in the shower was cold but the staff moved up to a new room and we had hot water. Our second room had a couple cookie wrappers on the floor n crumbs n some change but it wasn't nothing terrible. The rest of the room was clean. Our first room was very clean.

We loved coffee, hot chocolate and lemon water 24/7!! We loved having a seating area to watch tv in our room! The room was very spacious. The breakfast was good with many different choices. The location was good, right off the interstate, but not noisy.

My husband slipped and fell out of the tub completely, because there wasn’t a nonslip area near the drain (front half of the tub)!!!! I pray no elderly person ever slips and falls!!! The water pressure in the sink was very low. The air conditioner would come on even when we had the thermostat set on heat…
