The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Having breakfast on site was convenient.

When we passed staff, we were the first ones to greet them. Most of them didn't even offer a smile. The breakfast buffet ran out of food. When the attendant was notified, she seemed irritated that we brought it to her attention. Then we were told it would be at least 15 minutes before they would be refilled. At checkout we were informed that we couldn't get a receipt because of booking through a third party. We have not had this to be an issue at other places.

The Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine - could have been a few more options. The thing we liked the most was the lobby and all the activity that was going on. It was like a big congregating area. Our guys loved the pool table and enjoyed playing several games and then we sat in the lobby and just doorDash-ed dinner and ate in the lobby - it was just an open and inviting area. And my grandkids loved the chair swings! The coffee/tea/hot chocolate station in the lobby was a bonus also! Rooms were very comfortable and very clean and had lots of outlets to be able to charge all our electronic devices, loved the showers and the option of the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bathroom, and the large TV's were awesome! Overall it was a great stay!

The hotel is very clean and smell good. When I first got there I was gifted a goodie bag. They do have activities to do there like pool table and a swimming pool. Right outside the elevator they have some white boards telling you different fun things to do and different activities going on at the hotel and also in charleston. The staff was super nice. The room was really clean. The breakfast was pretty good. The room is about 10 min from walmart, 10 min from the shopping outlet, and about 30 min from the beach. Great location

It was kinda pricey for one night. Towards the evening time the lobby area do get a little crowded with the guest hanging out. Which is fine with me but if you dont want to walk through a crowd coming into this hotel then you might not want to stay here.

The ladies working the breakfast area we not polite. We also wish the breakfast was served till 10 on weekdays like on weekends because most people come all the last little bit and everything runs out and they dont restock so your left with what you can get which is hard with picky kids. The pancake machine didnt work well it would be great if there was a waffle machine to help out.

I loved the floors, no germ filled carpets in the room. Everything was sleak, modern and new...

One of the maids came to check something at the pool and didn't know how to work the latch. She kept trying to open it with a key and not the pull up. When she left she turned the key and locked me in the pool area. I called the front desk. The girl from the desk was helpful and came out and got me. She asked my room # implying she'd do something for comp. but nothing was done. I'm sure she asked a manager and thought at least I'd get a heartfelt sorry from a supervisor.

The staff was very friendly! There was no hair dryer in the room when we arrived, but the staff made sure we got a brand new one right away. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room was big, clean, and modern which was nice. Also, the price was great for a hotel that was only about a 15-20 min drive from the historic part of downtown Charleston.

The only issue was that I booked a room with a wheelchair accessible shower, but by the time we checked in all of those rooms had been given away. The staff was super nice and tried to accommodate us the best way they could, but they didn't even have mobile shower chairs to bring to the room so my mom could use the shower. Also, the lighting in the room was very dim overall.

When I had to adjust my trip, the front desk attendant was so very helpful and polite- I wish I remembered her name. Check-in was simple, the room was beautiful. I wish housekeeping was more friendly. Even though you smiled, they did not. No one ever cleaned the room. I had a pet, but could have attempted to knock on the door to provide service. We just asked for additional towels at the desk.

Housekeeping could have been more friendly. When guests are in the hall, they could smile. More than usual, I saw housekeeping on this trip. However, I can’t say they were too friendly. They seemed more focused on the job. This is fine, but just be approachable to the guests.

The front desk associate was awesome.She always greeted us with a smile. She helped to make sure we were able to access the wifi by physically taking time out to stop and help. She answered any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable.The room and bathroom were very clean. We requested our room to be cleaned and more towels and wash cloths and it was taken care of. The breakfast was good with a variety meal choices and drinks.

The trash cans in the room were small and filled very quickly. I would have preferred a little larger trash can. Other than that everything was great

I really loved how friendly and courteous the staff was from the time that we arrived up until the day we checked out. It was also very clean you could smell the cleaning products in the air, along with the fresh aroma of air fresher as well. I also loved the fact that they have an area downstairs where my family and I could sit at and just enjoy each company or play pool to just relax and have some down time before heading to our room.

Do not have a dislike about this place at all.

Clean and comfortable room, great lobby with 24 Hour snack shop, breakfast was tasty & satisfying with a combination of sweet & savory options. Stay in Jan so too cold to try the pool. Hotel is outside of downtown & we used to stopover before our Cruise out of Port Charleston. Tip: for those cruising or flying, you may park your car for free there overnight--just ask front desk.

Misbehaving children occupied the pool table & common lobby areas for the majority of our stay. Staff would do better to keep unaccompanied kids off the pool table--at one point they were throwing pool balls at each other.
