I loved the room we had, we had a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with bedroom. It definitely met my expectations, clean, comfortable would have loved to stay longer.

For the set up and the cost I would have liked a better breakfast. They had plenty of room for a breakfast, but the food was horrible. They did have coffee that was the only decent thing they had. Powdered eggs, sausage and a biscuit don't qualify for a good breakfast.Yogurt that had some kind of slime on it looked disguesting, was not edible. Rotten fruit. Did not get our moneys worth from the breakfast.

The staff were extremely friendly. The pool was simple and nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had more than enough space in a king studio for our family of 4. Great shower with great water pressure. Big closet space with dirty clothes hamper. Nice vanity with ample lighting and hairdryer. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bonus huge pullout sofa. Loved the breakfast nook. Kitchen had full size fridge/freezer and microwave. Also equipped with coffee maker, toaster, and utensil sets for 3! Wonderful breakfast options.

The pool was a bit chilly. There was no safe in the room. Couch wasn’t the most comfy but did fine. Carpet was a bit dingy. Would love more hangers in closet space. Location leaves to be desired.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the facilities were clean. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool during our stay. The pool was clean and the access to pool towels was nice. The breakfast was great and it changed each day so we didn’t get tired of eating the same thing.

The only thing that was negative about our stay was being woken up at 4 AM to a false fire alarm but the fire department had us back inside within 10 minutes. The location was easy to access but was not in the best part of town.

Excellent hotel with a great breakfast, plenty of options in the morning including some healthy options which makes a change from the usual hotels only offering waffles and sugary cereal. I didn’t use the facilities as it was used as a stop between two long drives but it was one of the cleanest and best organised hotels I stayed in during our 2 week road trip holiday, the staff were friendly too.

Breakfast was definitely one of the better of hotel breakfasts! The staff was all exceptionally nice and I’ve never stayed at a hotel where everyone of the staff exceeded my expectations! Location was good too! My GPS did bring me to Cracker Barrel and I didn’t know where the hotel was but I blame my phone!

No negatives! Our expectations were exceeded. We will most definitely book at this hotel again in the future!

I didn't like that because I'm a local I had to put a $250 incidental fee on my card that I will have to wait almost a week to be released. Also, check out is at noon and housekeeping identified themselves while entering my room at 9:45 am.

The size of the room. The staff was friendly. When we needed something, they helped.

There are a few spots in the room that need to be cleaned and the toilet seat and tank are loose. They also threw away, probably by accident, $20 worth of beef jerky we had in the room.

The staff was amazing. The front desk employee was named Deja and she treated us like family. She was polite, joked with my kids, greeted us with a smile every time she saw us and made the experience so so comforting and like home.

I cant say i didnt like anything. Everything was above and beyond what i imagined.

Breakfast was a high point. Everything I like for breakfast was there and fresh. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Room had everything you might need for a short stay.

Might be better if the rooms weren't carpeted.
