I loved the staff! My son is in the military and I have not seen him in 7 months. My household was getting over covid when he was to arrive so I booked him this room at first so we could be safe. Booking.com did something on their end which didn't show I even had a reservation that I booked well over a week prior. But the manager got on the phone with booking.com to resolve. Even before it was resolved she handed me keys anyways so I could put snacks in the room for my son. The staff at this hotel was amazing! I was panicked spending almost $700 for my son to have a safe visit. But the staff fixed it all for me

The staff is friendly! The bedding is very comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast options were pretty good.

It is due for an update which I believe has started. We were having breakfast as a family while the vacuuming was being done around the dining area. It would have been thoughtful to wait to vacuum that area until the breakfast time was over at 10:00 am.

Loved the new room. It was very nice! All the plug ins made it very nice, we were able to plug everything in and have it at our fingertips. We've been averaging being there once a month for a few days each time and we love staying there!! They treat us like family :)

Beds are so comfortable and pillows too. Very clean rooms and receptionist was very friendly and informative. Plus they have hot breakfast with alot to choose from.

They took out the jacuzzi/hot tub in the pool area.

The staff was super friendly and everything was clean.

My room smelled like smoke. Pillows and everything. Lady on nights brought me some Lysol and allergies rooms were full. Lady on days when I checked out was going to give me some money back but I went through Booking.com. I told her it was fine. She put room out of service and said she would put a bomb in it to freshen it up.

I was there for my birthday and my husband ended up having a massive heart attack. Staff were friendly enough. Two staff members were incredibly helpful. They pregnant lady was the sweetest and then a morning lady was very sweet.

Outdoor pool and hot tub. Pool was not heated. Beds were ok.

Greeted by staff as soon as I walked in the front door. After a 5 hour drive, I can only imagine I looked a lil haggered. She immediately offered me a bottle of cold water, explained the morning breakfast and encouraged me to contact her at the front desk if anything was needed.

Friendly and courteous staff. Check in and check out were very easy. Room was very clean; entire facility for all areas we visited was very clean. Parking was easy to find.

Not a show stopper but would love lower pricing. Definitely competitive but just would love it to be lower.

The room was very clean and the staff were nice.

The ceiling is pretty thin. If someone is walking above you, you can hear every step. This is what happened in my case. I was on the first floor and I can hear everyone walking on the floor above me.

toilets are mounted very low to the floor. if this is the new norm I will need to ask for handicapped accessible . Trash cans very small. Had to leave take out bags on desk.
