Sleep Inn Little River - North Myrtle Beach

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The front desk lady at check-in answered all our questions and informed us of all the amenities there. The breakfast area was kept very clean and well stocked with a nice variety of items. I liked that coffee was available all day and night.

The maid service on the 2nd day was great, but the next day our beds weren't made and some things in the coffee area weren't refilled. There could have been more drawers to put clothes in

Initially my family and I had booked a different hotel but it was overbooked and we had to find something else last minute. Thankfully this one still had open rooms and at a very good price! When checking in, there was a problem with the system. The receptionist Daniel worked very hard to get the problem resolved in a timely manner all while helping other guests. He was also very polite and apologetic even though the problem was not his fault.

The place was in a convenient location and was clean.

The plumbing was bad. The sink drained very slow I reported it but was told very nicely that the one maintenance person was sick. I also told them on check-out that the toilet was stopped up as well. I was told that, unfortunately housekeeping would find it because the one maintenance person was out sick.

The location is great! The hotel was surprisingly quiet. Starbucks is less than a quarter mile away!

The only negative was the slight smell that happens with carpeted rooms in the south. Once the fan was running it was not noticeable. I would suggest that the owners strongly consider replacing the carpets with wood laminate flooring.

We loved staying in Little River. It was very quiet, great location. The rooms were very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Parking in the front lot, we had a short walk inside the front lobby. Starbucks is .2 mile away :) Short drive to N. Myrtle!

The bathroom was a little smaller than we are used to, but we managed okay

I knew that i would have to drive to the beach, so location was not an issue. There is nothing really walking distance from the hotel, so plan accordingly. It's a nice option, if you don't want to overpay for the location.

Breakfast was kind of poor. I chose this hotel because of great reviews about the breakfast, but they didn't even have milk or yogurts. If sweets or jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches are for you, then great, but i was disappointed. Sheets didn't feel fresh, I just hope they changed them at all. The air in the room felt stale. We stayed at a non-smoking room and when we first walked it, it totally smelled of smoke

The drink machine was empty the whole time I was there.The room was hot...took along time to cool down.

The property is fine, looks really comfortable. The bedroom was fine for a one night stay. I wouldn’t suggest it to share bedrooms with people that you don’t know very well, eg business partners. The location is good. It works perfectly fine with old time partners or couples, like us.

The AC system is too noisy. The beds crack loudly whenever you turn, and we had a double bed bedroom, so we could try on both. The bathroom door didn’t come up all the way to the floor, you could literally pass the soap without getting it open.

Breakfast was simply prepared for sit down and eat on the go. I miss the eggs and potatoes, bacon and sausage on the buffet but I understand being short staffed at the moment. Everything has been good with each stay. Thank you 😊
