I like how there was a kitchen inside of the room it made it a lot easier to have something to eat and not have to go out you were able to just buy groceries and use the refrigerator and stove and sink and dishwasher there and there was also dishes and spoons and forks I thought that was very genius

I really did not like the type of pillows in there they're just really really soft I suffered with shoulder and neck pain throughout the whole trip because those pillows were just so soft another thing I did not like was the fact that housekeeping bangs on your door early early in the morning which you know they're going to come but they come very very early and don't give you a chance to do anything it's like they kind of rush you and for the money that you're paying you want to enjoy the room otherwise than that everything was actually okay

HORRIBLE Wifi!! Worse than dial-up. Unusable. That was a big disappointment. Also, the breakfast was still served “Covid-syle,” with a lovely lady having to make you a waffle or get your food for you. There was no self-service, which in turn made the selection VERY limited. All that was available was a ham & cheese croissant or a waffle. Very limited. They need to MOVE past the Covid-style breakfast!

Mike at the Front desk upon check in was very professional and assisted me in straightening out the problem with the payment they received from Booking.com. As a result they had to charge my credit card. Mike provided with me with details to report the problem. Whether this should have been handled by the hotel or me, I am not sure. It was straightened out after my report and I received a refund promptly (before I checked out). The hotel itself was very clean and well appointed. Free breakfast was adequate for my tastes and had a varied selection. The grounds and pool were nice although I did not swim. The staff was both professional, friendly (as I like to talk) and accommodating with what little I asked for. The lady behind the breakfast bar was super and we did talk quite a bit. I would recommend the hotel to others over the Carolina Inn which was dilapidated, dirty, and overall a dump.

The hair dryer needed replacement as it had a burnt cord. Luckily this was of little consequence to my friend and I.

Good variety of options for breakfast, love the waffle maker option. The staff very nice and polite. Love the swimming pool outside,clean and nice temperature and perfect amount of chlorine. A lot hotels put so much chlorine in their swimming pool that you can not even enjoy it.

The container which the waffle batter was in. No practice and confuse. Cause accidentally to get waffle batter all over the place.

When the desk clerk told me our room was on the second floor, she asked if that was okay. I said we'd prefer the first. She immediately gave us a terrific room on the first floor of the annex. The room was comfortable, easy to get to, clean, and spacious. The hot food in the free breakfast is served--we liked that.

The only thing that could have been better was the bacon served at breakfast, and that's minor because there were so many other choices.

I loved that they made sure to give us a room with hot tub in it. I’ve had many back surgeries and this is a main reason for choosing the place. Wicked clean room. Spacious king sized bed. I hated the mattress though because it’s firm. As mentioned, back surgeries so I’m sure the bed was fine. It’s likely just me. Nice warm pool.

Bed too firm for me. But it’s probably just me and my crappy back. We lived the place and will stay there again.

very pleasant overnight stay. breakfast was small but more then enough for me. rooms were spacious, bed was nice. AC and refrigerator worked very well. tv had a lot of channels. employees were very nice! enough parking space for cars.

walls were relatively thin, i could hear people walk down the hallway and open/close doors pretty well, also at night. no safe for your personal belongings.

We were late for breakfast but they still had out some fruit and left-over egg biscuits which was greatly appreciated. Pool towels were readily accessible from the front desk. Coffee in room was much better than is typical of hotel machines.

As a senior woman, I had requested a ground floor. I arrived later than anticipated and they put me upstairs. So I had to lug my belongings up to the 2nd floor. They do not have an elevator.

I Liked the atmosphere. The smiling faces. Cleanliness .staff was Great great price. Tbe pool. The amenities it self..

I liked the place and the atmosphere. Just need to improve on your breakfast a little bit with creme cheese n bagels and more than one biscuit to choose other than sausage

The hotel was much better than I thought it would be. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked great, wish I had time to use it. I was in the area for my grandson's wedding, so most of my time was taken up with that, but it was a lovely area. I will probably be back again.

The continental breakfast was not that great, but the coffee was excellent.
