Staff at check in were friendly and prompt. When opening door to room, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, as well as the cleanliness and overall function of the room. Most of the floor was premium vinyl, but there was a nice touch of having carpet around the bed area to step down onto a warm floor. The heating system was modern and up to date, and, unlike many places, the hot tub and pool actually were open, and they were great. This particular location also had a water slide, which we both enjoyed. The breakfast was very good: simple, yet met all of my needs. All in all, a great experience.

This hotel seemed quite new. The rooms are large and modern and well appointed. The room was clean and had a large comfortable bed. The staff were very polite and helpful and directed me to a Tyre outlet when we had a flat Tyre. There's a small pool with a water slide. We didn't use this but there seemed to be loads of kids in there having a great time. Breakfast was standard fair . Lots of restaurants within a few minutes drive (Olive Garden and a great Mexican). Also, it was very reasonably priced compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at on our road trip. Would highly recommend.

Not a great breakfast but satisfactory.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant all the time. It made our stay throughout the week great! They really are a great group of employees! The location of the hotel is perfect if you plan to see all of the sites in the Hills. The kids loved the pool area, especially the indoor water slide!

The only mishap with the stay was I was checked into a double queen when I had booked the King Delux, there wasn't one available the day we arrived, but they were able to get us switched over the very next day, and they were so great about making sure we were taken care of I didn't feel negative about it.

The room was obviously recently renovated. Looked good, super clean, comfortable beds. It's in a very convenient location in Rapid City which made it easy to get to every day of our trip. Great perks but we didn't use them!

The shower was older and initially clogged, had to ask it to be fixed after our first night, and then it was ok. Shower pressure and hot water were weak throughout our trip. Also, the walls are so thin and the doors SLAM super hard which woke us up early every single morning.

Everyone working the front desk was helpful, friendly, informative and above & beyond fabulous! Our room was VERY clean we had everything we needed. The outside of hotel is also clean and well kept, they have a nice firepit! We didn't swim in the pool but checked it out, it looks awesome. We wanted to stay near I-90 and access to the hotel was perfect. We will stay there again when we come back up to Rapid!

Loved the AC, shower was great pressure, beds comfortable. Lots of parking and easy access to many restaurants and stores. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. The full morning breakfasts and one non alcohol beverage each day was a wonderful perk.

Maybe have eggs or at least hard bioled eggs every breakfast. I was not a fan of biscuits and gravy which was 5 of the 8 days we stayed.

It is great there is a nice complimentary breakfast. The room amenities were nice as well as helpful, too. Staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

When I first booked, my fee was $97.53. (Dec 21-23) My medical appointment was changed, so I had to re-book for the following week. (Dec 29-31) Then I had to pay almost twice as much. I was NOT a happy camper! ;-( Also, I asked for a room on the first floor and I was accommodated. Yet I had to park way at the far end of the parking lot. I am a senior citizen and the walk was a little difficult for me. (I realize it is not anyone's fault I had to walk so far.) Too bad parking areas can't be reserved to accommodate corresponding rooms. (ie-1st floor -Parking Area A, 2nd floor-Parking Area B, etc) ;-)

The staff was exceptional! They were so accommodating and friendly. I also appreciated the daily service checking in with us to replenish towels, gather our trash & lightly clean our room if needed. Several members of our family were staying there for a volleyball tournament & everyone agreed. Our rooms were very spacious & clean. Our little traveler enjoyed the pool & slide. The breakfast was good as well.

Rooms we comfortable, clean & up to date. The food was good at the breakfast bar. Amenities were good such as excercize area & computer station. Unfortunately the pool was closed but this is often the case in the winter, was a nice looking place though. Staff was good at their jobs and will stay here again.

The motel was very clean. We loved the shower—no tub, just a wonderful shower that started our day rejuvenated. I’m sure other rooms had tubs, but if you don’t need one, ask for a room like the one we had. The desk attendants were friendly and informative. There is a free perk that was included with a 2 night stay that included free admission to a nearby indoor water park. Great stay here!
