Hilton Garden Inn Rapid City

They had a nice welcoming Entrance, lots to eat around there. Nice room, clean, Covid safe, staff was very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast nor did we eat at the restaurant down stairs. But was overall a nice stay.

The rooms seemed to have thin walls, a toddler next door screamed well into the night and was up super early. I have kids so I understand but they had many rooms to space us out.

Clean and quiet. I really love the digital check-in and key using the app on my smartphone. I was also impressed with the sanitation seals on the room doors. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Everything was great

Checking into this lovely property was seamless and pleasant because of the woman at front desk who has been working there since the hotel opened. The room was spacious, stylish, comfortable and quiet for great rest. The shower was amazing.

Only noticeable flaw was in that k cups provided in the room only had the option of a decaf coffee and a darjeeling tea. I found it odd that no caffeinated coffee k cup was there for travelers.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

The check-in price was $104, and turned out to be $130 with all the added expenses and tax, etc. We weren't expecting added costs to run that high; also seemed a bit much, since we didn't use any of the hotel amenities such as the pool, fitness center, or business office. But the room itself was nice, and so that makes up for it.

We stayed for two nights while visiting the Black Hills area. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, wifi worked fine. Good location for visiting popular sites such as Badlands National Park, Mount Rushmore, and Custer State Park.

The bathroom could have been cleaner; there was some hair in the shower area.

I hate paying a premium for the room and not getting maid service every day. I know you can ask for it, but for the price you charge, it should be standard. Like the good old days.

Great place overall very nice impression as you walk into the building.The room was very clean and welcoming lots of natural lighting the beds were very comfortable. Great place for family with young children. Has pool area and hot tub. Breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this place well worth the price.

I liked everything about the room and the value of it. We enjoyed our stay very much and I like going back.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like it was very comfortable. My family enjoys staying at the hotel and likes the swimming pool as well.

Property is being renovated and is very nice looking, pool and hot tub are smaller, but we had no problem getting to use them. They have nice, friendly staff who took only minutes to bring anything when you called to the front desk. They are close to many great restaurants and shopping.

Unfortunately they do not have the comfortable beds that we are used to at Hilton. Hopefully, this is part of the renovation yet to come.
