The hospitality was outstanding, very friendly and helpful staff. The suite we booked was spacious, modern and very clean. The kingsize bed was the right mixture between soft and firm. Breakfast was good, nothing special, but sufficient and complementary. Cold breakfast in buffet style and hot breakfast on request. Ideally situated close to the freeway exit and only about 10 miles from the city of deadwood.

There was no pool, but that's not mentioned on their page either. It was not necessary for us to have a pool, but could be a downside for some. Further haven't noticed anything that bugged us. Would come here again.

4th year in a row here at the SpearfishDays In. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The free breakfast is a nice touch. We do a motorcycle ride in the Black Hills every year in September and the Days Inn is our choice accommodations. Lots of parking so the bikes are right in front of our room and they provide a hose and bucket for bike cleaning. Definitely motorcycle friendly.

I like the area the motel is located. The property is well kept and clean. Staff is very nice, helpful, and polite. They really understood the needs and questions that ppl may have or may want upon request. The Motel I would be happy to not only stay there again in the future but highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank You.

I liked the cleanliness and the look overall and the breakfast was good.

I had asked and requested a ground floor at booking but when we checked in we were put on the second floor. Normally that would be fine if there was better ada access. I have a really hard time with stairs and tend to fall which is why I wanted ground floor. When I booked I asked for ground and they confirmed but I wasn't given that.

We stayed on Halloween... They had trick or treating and spooky area set-up for the kids...how fun! The person at the desk was very helpful and kind. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The price was great. We would definitely stay again.

I decided to come a day early and I was accommodated....

At the time of my original booking I should have been told this was a PET Friendly hotel....I didn't find out until I was checking IN and already reserved....I have allergies and I don't want to hear barking or animals. Booking.com is responsible for this. My expectation was flawed due to this. My room was clean.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Sink and mirror are not in the same room as the toilet and the tub/shower. My wife and I have difficulty climbing and descending stairs = especially with luggage. though the desk clerk initially told us all king rooms on the ground floor were already reserved, he somehow got us a king on the ground floor.

There is no elevator to the second floor of rooms,.

Breakfast was good but few warm options

Quite a high raye alreadyband dog fees were high....the price of 1 nite stay for 2 small clean doga came to 56 canadian dollars...thats the price of a cheaper motel in Canada. I thought at a room raye of almost 200 canadian already that was too much. And we were on 2nd floor...pet rooms shud be main floor always

The young man who was manning the desk when I was checking in was too busy worrying about himself to even look at me. Not friendly at all. He really should not be the face of your hotel.

It was ok. the location was great!!! I was only a few miles from where we were going, so easy!!! The room was fantastic, loved the wood floors also.

I think a nice snack bar, or a small cafe would be very nice for your custimers to have, easier than ordering out.
