Aaron, late afternoon/evening staff who checked us in on arrival was awesome! Very friendly and his customer service rocked. He always acknowledged us when we passed the desk during our 6 night stay. The rest of the desk staff avoided eye contact and did not even smile. Upron (sorry not sure of spelling) who checked us out was very pleasant like Aaron. Breakfast was good but items could be alternated for variety.

Stayed 6 days and same selection each day for breakfast. Could use a change every other day. Housekeeping of our room was not done daily. We went down to the desk to get our towels for 3 days in a row. Also trash was not emptied nor bed made.

Room was very comfortable. Front desk clerk Aaron was very friendly and remembered me from staying there before. Check in was easy. Location was perfect for using the airport easy in and out with the directions they have available at front desk.

Room location wasn't great. Window looked out over a roof. No view at all. Mentioned this to Aaron and he offered to change my room, I declined . Breakfast was OK, gravy for biscuits was like water. No kleenex in room , no big deal though.

The staff was terrific. Very personable, courteous and professional. We had to leave one day early due to weather associated with hurricane Ian and riding motorcycles. They managed to get a refund for our last night through booking.com for us. The breakfast area was kept clean and stocked and the woman in charge was extremely pleasant. She was outstanding. We'd also like to give our thanks to the young man working the evening check in on I believe Sep 28th and 29th. He was always smiling and very, very helpful. Unfortunately, with our untimely departure we didn't get his name.

Clean and comfortable stay. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly! And very convenient for the airport -- right across the street. Free coffee in the lobby all day, too.

Not really to do with the hotel, but there is zero infrastructure for pedestrians to cross the huge, busy highway separating the airport from the hotel. Call them to get the shuttle to bring you over -- do NOT try to run across, it is extremely dangerous. Also getting the TV channels to work was a bit finicky, but the reception was very helpful when I called about it and it was resolved immediately. Thanks!

Times for breakfast were great and the food was delicious. Nice to have eggs and sausage with biscuits and gravy in the morning. They also have waffles, syrup, yogurt, bread and bagels, milk and cereal. A juice machine and coffee. Room got fresh towels and trash emptied every day. Pool hours were great and had wheel chair assist. Also pet friendly.

CLEAN! large room with wet bar and couch, ice machines, friendly staff not only the front staff but cleaning staff were extremely helpful. Air was great in room and bed was clean and comfy

The tub shower combo use to be a whirlpool tub but the jets have been plugged up but tub should be removed and a walk in shower put in or give a drain stopper for soaking

All staff was extremely friendly. One gentlemen named Steve really impressed me. He came off the elevator with a dolly and a large mirror. He noticed my bewildered look at the time, and stopped what he was doing to assist me. The room was immaculate, heat worked good. The bed was awesome!

I really have no complaints, however the restocking of the breakfast, could be monitored better, had to notify front desk of empty items.

Rooms were clean and very well stocked. Did not get to eat breakfast because everything was gone by the time we got down there. We even went way before time ended and they said they did not make anymore, so we had to go to restaurant to eat.

The breakfast was standard. The room was clean, external noise proof and air conditioner works pretty well. The location is so convenient. Many American restaurants within walking distance. It's great option to stay in a cheap way to visit Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, TN.

Close to the airport, exactly what I needed! Bed were very comfortable and room was very clean.

Breakfast was cold. I had the biscuits with gravy, eggs and sausage. Biscuits were hard, gravy was just brought out but was cold and so watered down. Eggs were OK but the sausage was tough and greasy.
