My stay was great the hotel is clean.

Housekeeping entered my room around 7:30am🤔 while we were still sleeping! My daughter which were a door down from us mentioned someone entered their room around the samet Scary feeling!

The staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast is so good. They have good variety for everyone. This one is icing on the cake. The bed. It was so comfy and cozy. So soft and comfortable. We didn't want to get up. We sleep soo good. No back or body aches.

The only thing we didn't like was the walls were so thin. You could literally hear the neighbors whole conversation, the toilet flush, and the microwave running. The building is an older building thou. So I guess those things just come with it. Overall, we still gave it a 10 because it is still a great place to stay. It's near most all attractions, food restaurants and shopping areas.

The room was clean. We came up here to ride the TN Valley Dinner Train and the hotel was about a ten minute drive to the train.

We didn't find the staff very friendly. We did finally did get a smile out of her. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Our room needs some minor repairs, to a front door lock and some carpet tearing away from the wall. But we could live with that! The other thing was the breakfast or rather lack there of. It was a muffin in a bag, coffee and juice. We have been to lots of other chain hotels, even back in 2020 and they have had a hot breakfast. I guess my thinking is, if one chain can do it, then they should all be able to do it correctly! And one final thing, the bathroom was so very small. My husband and I had to take turns using the sink, brushing our teeth and hairdryer, etc. We couldn't be in there at the same time. It was just for one night, so we made it work!!

I love the facility and my room was nice and cozy. Had a hard time communicating with housekeeper cause they didn't understand or speak English.

The rude front dest nite Barvara Kitchen who was rude and holler at paying guest. My encounter with manager and other employees were pleasant a n d they were very nice. If she would of apologized to me and three other guest it would of been handle. She did not and look at me like I had three heads when I told her I was a guest and she was rude to me.

Nice place for the price! The breakfast buffet was good, they even had real bacon. I would recommend staying here.

The day before my stay I got a call from them telling me that they would not let us stay as we were locals. My area code is for that area but I was not local. I was told ok see you tomorrow. Went to check in and was asked the same question. Showed my ID as required and settled that issue. What does it matter if we local or not. I was miffed at the clerk she was a bit rude about it. The checkout time was 11:00 am. The cleaning crew was beating on the door at 8:00 am ridiculously early.

Location. proximity to restaurants, Decent area.

Had to have an approximate check in time. We said 3:00-4:00. Received an email that our time was approved. Arrived at 3:30, checked in with a blah woman, went to our room, housekeeping was in there cleaning, said come back in 30 minutes. We had to go and wait in the lobby. Mentioned it to the woman at the desk when we went back down. She never responded to us.

Very clean and comfortable. We had access to different restaurants and stores. Walking distance

We checked in the evening of June 30th. The night clerk was quite rude. She only gave us our room key and said nothing else. Not where the elevator was located, not the wifi password, not what time breakfast started or ended, not even if we had any questions. My husband didn't even like her and he likes everybody

The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The AC unit was quiet and efficient. We had linen service every day. The shower was very good. We were pleasantly surprised to have a refrigerator. This was a 3-night stay for visiting Chattanooga. My daughter and 4-year-old grandson had a great time; Railroad ride, Ruby Falls, the Zoo, the Aquarium and Discovery Museum. Love....Chattanooga. We'll be back,

Breakfast was very disappointing. Only coffee, juice from a machine, packs of oatmeal, and a prepackaged muffin in a paper bag. There was no cereal as advertized.

Excellent location very close to coffee and your fav 30 same restaurants around the USA. I liked the rear entrance leading to the rear parking. The bed was excellent. Shower was superb. It’s a very clean area around the hotel. No homeless or loitering people. Good price if u are looking to a value, just note that it s about 20 minutes from major attractions like RUBY FALLS , Rock City, and the Incline Train. But we didn’t mind the mostly Highway drive.

The Highway exit leading to the hotel is pretty crazy but that’s not the hotels fault. U come off the Highway exiting onto two immediate right turns , but the street to the hotel is 2 lanes over going straight. Traffic is pretty knarly and just be ready to launch a lane change strategy.

It's easy to get to everything, breakfast in the morning, if we need ice or drinks at the vending machine. The layout of the room was very spacious. The bed was so comfortable.

The door to the bathroom was in the way of the commode the vanity if you were brushing your teeth and someone came in they would hit you with the door it also blocked you from getting out of the shower it just was not a properly designed bathroom
