The bed was very comfortable. The gentleman who was at the front desk was very helpful when the elevator had quit working and came up to our room to help take the luggage downstairs because I was not able to. He was extremely nice about the whole thing.

I have to rent a handicap accessible room due to my total knee replacements. My only complaints involve the bathroom. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything while showering. It would be nice to be able to hang the clothes to change into. Also, it would be nice to hang my toiletry bag up to use the products I need. I would also like to hang my dirty clothes bag so I don't have to bend over as much (this would really help my back). It would also help to have a shower chair for the shower.

Continental Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed having that to look forward to. We have stayed here two different times. There is a wonderful gentleman by the name of Bradley who works there. He is courteous, efficient and very dedicated to providing excellent service to hotel guests! Hotel is so clean and we love the rooms. Thank you!

Everything about this hotel was very nice. The hotel is very neat and clean, friendly staff and good hot breakfast. Within walking distance to great restaurants and Walmart, yet quiet and peaceful location

The mattresses are a little hard for my liking and didn't sleep as well as at home, but not bad.

The beds were very comfortable!! It was clean and the front desk guy was very nice and helpful!!!! The hot waffles were delicious for breakfast and the coffee was wonderful!!!!

The complaints I have is there were no towel rods in the bathroom to hang your towels on and the coffee maker was on the bottom shelf of the TV stand so you had to pull it out if you wanted to use it in the room. Thank goodness they kept coffee in the lobby!!!! At breakfast the eggs were cold both days and only had sausage I prefer bacon.

Everything was fine, the only thing I didn't like was that on the first day we found a cockroach in the bathroom and on the last night we found another one, but it was only in the bathroom, we checked behind the fridge and in the whole room we didn't find any more, that's why I didn't mention anything when I checked out.

I stayed four nights and the staff was very friendly. I was carry a slightly heavy box and the gentleman at the front desk stopped what he was doing to ask if I needed any help. Our room and common areas were very clean.

The bathroom in our room could use some hooks on the wall or back of the door to hang your towels or clothes. Breakfast was appreciated, but more options would be nice.

Great location! Near to all restaurants, shopping centers, theaters and more! Room was spacious, shower was awesome, and bed was very comfortable! Morning breakfast was also very good and free!!

The location was great, staff was friendly. The room was cleaned every day, we appreciated that!

Breakfast could have been better, the same 2 items every day. No OJ and coffee was often empty.

Very clean and quiet. The desk worker was the only one working the whole time we were there, handling the desk, lobby, cafe. He was very nice and helpful whenever we needed something.

Nothing to complain about

The comfort of the area the room was the same as our last stay I liked that and the bed is comfortable the only issue we encounter in room #323 there was some spots on the carpet by the bathroom and white marks on the back of the entry door in the room

The shower head and water pressure is horrible need to be addressed
