It was clean. The staff was very friendly. My husband and I had not prepared to stay away from home that night. So we were very unprepared, the front staff helped with toothpaste and toothbrush’s as well as things we needed.

I liked most things. It was a little loud on the first floor when people came in throughout the night. But that is to be expected. The breakfast was not great, it was 8:30 or 9 when we came out to breakfast and it’s over at 10:30 I believe. The fruit selection was limited and the topping for the yogurt was empty by this time. The limited options made breakfast a little different for us.

We travel a lot. This hotel was exceptionally clean. There were a few things that went above and beyond for a hotel in this price range: There was a good breakfast...we especially enjoyed the yogurt and granola! When getting out of the shower, there was a spot in the middle of the mirror that had something extra, to keep the mirror being fogged.There was lotion by the sink, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The products were all name brand, not some sort of unknown products (once again, that one usually sees in a hotel of this price). There was a towel holder right by the shower.

Just one suggestion...I guess when I see biscuits, I expect gravy to go along with it. The person at the desk said that they alternate days or something. In this case, I would just skip the biscuits, and replace it with something else (bagels and cream cheese, maybe?) A woman was sitting at the counter at some point. I stopped by to compliment her on the hotel. I stood there for about 90 seconds, and she did not even look up, so I left. When the gentleman was there, he was completely attentive.

Good hotel, close to shopping and the airport. We chose the location to do some last-minute shopping on our way to the airport, on the tail end of a family vacation. The hotel facilities are fairly up to date: the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, as some areas looked as if they were not quite redone. We did not use the pool, which seemed a bit tired. Spacious breakfast area (which still gets crowded at times). The breakfast includes some hot items, but a fairly limited variety.

For the price range and the hotel type, there was no unexpected problem. Some of the staff members at the reception were not too friendly, but still within expectations for the brand and price.

*Traveled with service dog without issue* We got in late and left early but the location was good, in a hotel area. Room was new, updated and very clean. Bed was the most comfy bed I have slept on in a hotel. Sheets were very clean. Very good value for money. Unfortunately we missed breakfast.

Bathroom has a sliding barn door which does not actual latch shut. Just a preference as smells/sounds can escape.

Everything was great other then the first day the key cards didn't work so we had to be let In our room by the front desk using the master key every time we left our room. And there is no microwave in the rooms you had to go to the lobby with your food and use a shared microwave. The breakfast was good. They had an automatic pancake maker that was really cool I have never seen one before. The beds were amazing, so comfortable!

The staff, rooms, and breakfast were excellent to experience. The morning staff were very accommodating, especially when making sure that the guests were well taken care of.

The hotel was farther away from the airport than we would prefer. The hallways looked unvaccumed. There was also a pizza box and bag of food that couldn't fit into the small garbage can in the hallways on the 3rd floor. So the next morning when leaving, I brought them down to the first floor near the reception.

My room was exceptionally comfortable, remarkably clean, and housekeeping kept it impeccably clean during my entire stay. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A comfortable easy chair or recliner would have been welcome and/or a loveseat with a seat at least 8 to 10 inches higher than the one in the room — the low seat height was definitely designed for young persons without arthritis.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel smelled good. The staff was warm and friendly. I had a lovely chat with the front desk person about her beautiful necklace on the way out and she was so open and lovely. I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I definitely suggest it!

The lighting in the room could have been a little bit better. It was a little dark. Otherwise, the room was great.

Good location, generally quiet (no traffic noise despite being near main roads). Restaurants & fuel nearby. Hotel was very clean and seemed well maintained. Room was spotless and quite spacious. Large desk/counter top (with a spot for luggage) and a closet. Bathroom was very clean also, lots of room.

Bathroom had a "sliding barn door" with no way to hold it closed. Toilet roll holder in a hard to reach spot, and installed in such a way that reaching for it, the whole roll slid off! Handtowel rack mounted over the toilet was also an awkward spot. Unfortunately we were in a room with an adjoining room (presumably an accessible space) - the people in that room were very loud at all hours (didn't hear a polite knock on the adjoining door). Attempted to call front desk and discovered the phone didn't work - even though it appeared to be plugged in.

The door by the pool would not let the hotel key card open the door. We had to prop doors open with the trash can or something else in order to get in. It was a little uncomfortable knowing that someone could prob the door and not unprop and anyone who was not staying there could potentially get in. This needs fixed ASAP
