The location

The elevator did not work on Sunday and Monday. We had to carry all of our stuff down from the 2nd floor and I have knee issues. This made for extreme pain in my knees. Also the shower rod was not put up correctly and water from the shower landed on the floor outside of the tub. Internet was not working so watching TV at was a challenge.

Check in and out easy quick. Staff is awesome, accommodating and very friendly. Breakfast was good. Mattress was comfy, but, really NEED new pillows.

Unless we turned both bathroom sink and shower on hot for 1/2 hr to get any hot water. Evidently they were having to replace the hot water heater. So, we were instructed to run the "hot" water from both sources until it would begin to warm up. Pillows? Bring your own.

Management was VERY great to deal with. Rooms were comfortable and the staff was second to none! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Theresa (the manager) was the very best we have ever dealt with! We will most definitely make this our main stop again in the future!

housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:00 AM to see if I was gone was not happy about that at all especially since check out wasn’t until 11- and I could. have very well been asleep

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and hotel breakfast was way better than I thought it would be.

The elevator you can tell definitely didn’t feel super stable.

The Breakfast was great. The staff member did a great job of cleaning up tables and the food was always full. He kept the coffee pot full. He was a very friendly guy.

There are no complaints. A great stay.

Very nice location, building and room. Very clean, nice large rooms and everything we needed. Big breakfast room with large breakfast served.

Our alarm clock was buzzing and humming so we had to unplug it but that was all.

we are a family of 4, and were on our way to Mammoth NPS. we stayed in this hotel for 1 night and appreciated a lot the facilities and services provided. the Queen bedroom was spacious enough for all 4 + luggage and we had plenty of space left to feel comfy. the beds are good even if a bit firmer would be better to our opinion. The bathroom was clean and we had enough towels for all 4. the fridge and microwave worked well and were appreciated for a late dinner. the Kids jumped in the outdoor pool that is well maintained (Chlorine smell :-)). the location of this hotel is really good as it is: not too far from the highway but enough to avoid cars/traffic noises, close to a Wallmart Superstore and several restaurants. the Staff was friendly and smiling.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. We had a good stay there. Check in was a bit slow because there was only one person working at the front desk when we arrived and several groups were checking in. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Slow check in. I'm glad we booked ahead. A few people in line before us had not booked ahead and it took time for the clerk to get them checked in.

Quick location off the highway while driving through the area for a night. ( actually hours) Friendly staff appeared clean . Many restaurants and shops near the hotel.

When we arrived in the room it was very cold and a bit musty in the room, but bearable. Did keep my sandals on my feet at all times , except when in bed since my husband said his feet felt tacky while walking in the carpet. However, the room was very clean. Bed was ok but wouldn’t have stayed a second night on it.
