Hyatt Place Nashville/Hendersonville

Breakfast was good and location seems excellent. We can access stores and shops easily. The front desk staff were excellent and the little late night treats like cheese cake, brownie or enormous chocolate chip cookies were easily purchased at front desk and visible for variety of choices. We have a dog and were able to be placed at end of building to avoid traffic. We extended our 7 day stay 3 days to watch the super bowl. Highly recommend Hyatt Place in Hendersonville.

Maybe need some instruction to guests as to how to handle unexpected annoyances....such as someone, somewhere nearby fighting and screaming profanities at 2 - 3 am....arguments can happen but awakens other guests. Just need to know how to immediately get help stopping it.

Comfortable, clean, and relaxing.

Someone staying down the hall had two dogs that barked, yapped, and whined a LOT. If you want to allow dogs you should have a DOG section.

staff was amazing very helpful and personable. the location was great and close to everything. room was very clean but the ac seems to work only when there’s movement in the room and when you go to bed it gets hot but as long as you wavy your hand in front of the wall unit it works just fine.

breakfast was bland and the same everyday but ok pool was closed definitely hot enough for it to have been open.

My stay is always top notch ...everyone is always so friendly and kind ! Beds ...pillows ...rooms are always clean and so comfortable.... honestly the rooms are decorated with a warm home like feel... I always choose to come here over and over and will continue to . Please tell the staff from day to night...thank you for always making me feel at home .

Not one thing .

The rooms are HUGE! I was in a front facing room (facing the parking lot) which was fine, I like to keep an eye on my car lol. The facility is located right in Hendersonville, very easy to find and access. Back to the room - I had a king size bed, non smoking (this IS a pet friendly hotel which is AWESOME!!!) with a pull out couch. In room mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board. Beautiful big screen TV, a desk and plenty of outlets. Clean room, plenty of towels provided. Very COVID aware, staff wore masks and made sure the facility was spotless. Oh, and the bed was SOOOO comfortable!!!!

WIFI is NOT secure. I didn't use it. Not a lot of drawer space, but it didn't matter since I live out of my suitcase when traveling. Would have been nice to have a mini-microwave too - that would have been a plus but not a deal breaker.

As a traveler, I am most concerned with cleanliness. I was well-pleased with the hotel in general and the room was wonderful. Everything looked and smelled clean. I appreciate that.

The one thing I found to be only "so-so" was the breakfast. There was an excellent variety of foods, but the hot offerings were just okay. However, free breakfast is always a plus!

Good breakfast has room for improvement., scrambled eggs could be better, they don't look natural. I prefer a less fatty sausage. Ham slices, yogurt, waffles, fruit excellent. Staff seemed attentive and good at their jobs. They seemed to be good at helping each other deliver good service.

Toilet/tub/shower area needs more light.

Great breakfast...something I rarely get to say about hotels. Wide choice of better than average fare. I would love for some place to do fresh egg dishes though. All the Staff is very friendly, especially Ray.

No A/C in the lobby. Hotel remodel coming soon. But still a great choice

The breakfast was OK it was hot, the sausage tasted really weird though. As far as the question regarding what I rate it as a romantic place I say not really but it could easily be, my king room was very nice I loved having a little kitchenette area. Bed was comfy.

ANTHONY and LAURA from the morning staffing were SO helpful, attentive and had such great attitudes. They kept the breakfast area clean, fully stocked and were so attentive to the client's needs. I was impressed! Parking was so easy. The hotel is in a safe area with several restaurants and a brand new Kroger less than a mile away. The evening clerk was helpful as well by suggesting a couple of restaurants and giving us directions to a local laundromat. The hotel was quiet and so very comfortable!
