Everything, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, appreciate the fact that Dove products are provided for our use. Great quality picture on the TV. Loved the electrical window screen. Bathroom sliding door was great.

Mini refrigerator door would get stuck to the floor where it wouldn't open all the way. Not being told by staff breakfast hours when l checked in. Went down for breakfast and it was over. Just got coffee. Also one lamp was missing light bulb.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and common areas, great location and nice large rooms. The one lady working breakfast every morning was wonderful and friendly to everyone she talked to. She didn’t yet have a name tag, so I can’t give her credit, but she was amazing!

The girl at check-in seemed as though I was bothering her by checking in. I found almost all of the staff at the front were either too busy on their personal phones, watching tv or in the back office talking to each other to be super helpful. Our last night there, the girl that helped us get into the pool area was so kind and helpful and really friendly, I really appreciated her help and not making us feel like we were a bother to be helping us. Some of the cleaning staff were quite rude. The one morning my husband and I went to get in the elevator and 2 girls were glaring at us, why, I’m not sure but wasn’t impressed with the looks we were getting for being in the same area as them?

The location was good, we enjoyed the breakfast option. The breakfast was offered at a good time and was so yummy! the staff was great and the rooms were clean! also the beds were very comfortable! Would stay again.

The only downfall we noticed was the pool hours were limited. We wanted to swim at 10 pm but it was already closed. Another negative aspect was the loud construction across the street in the mornings

The facility was super clean and nice. Breakfast was great. The staff was what topped the entire experience. they were so friendly from the moment we arrived (10/15) making in check in super easy, until the moment we left. (10/16) I left a jacket in my room and every person I spoke with to get the jacket shipped back to me was more than willing to help. One employee even called me when UPS picked up the package. I am so thankful we picked here to stay and for the friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fully stocked and everything tasted great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was very quiet which was appreciated after a very long drive.

Overall, the room was clean. The bathtub could have been cleaner. There was mildew very evident that should have been cleaned. The workout room could have the remotes labeled as to which tv they went to. There were five laying in a row and you had to go through each one and just point to a tv. We couldn't find the remote to the big tv at all. These are very minor things but would have been helpful.

it’s located very close to the highway but not so close that you hear loud traffic. it’s also close to a grocery store (walking distance) and several other little amenities that are helpful when traveling (e.g, gas station, food). I also enjoyed the free bottled water daily, excellent breakfast, and exercise room.

Wish they had a jacuzzi in pool area

Everyone was very friendly. Our room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good and they had more options than usual for vegetarians which was a plus. Even though we didn't have our pups its always nice when hotels are pet friendly.

Only downside was the water for the shower took a bit to get hot and it never got hot hot. Aside from that small thing we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again in the future.

My husband and I were really impressed with this location! The beds were comfy, the room was so clean, and the breakfast was really good! The staff was very kind and helpful. We also really loved the shower! It was spacious and felt luxurious for a weekend getaway. All in all, a great stay! I’d definitely come here again!

Overall, great stay for the price and a short trip. Clean room, comfy bed, hot water, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would stay again.

Our only small complaint was that the heating/cooling unit was extremely loud in our room. Not sure if something was wrong with it. It worked, but it was loud!

Keisha was amazing! So nice and smiley and accommodated an early check-in for us! the young man serving breakfast was polite and area very clean! Lighting in Bathroom! Very Hot water for shower! Location was great.

Bed comfort was so-so. Pillows good. The weekend brought extremely noisy guest 😞 People running, slamming doors, roughhousing in room next door! I don't think the weekend girl was too tough...
