The bed and pillows were perfect, and the shower pressure was great. Was a little noisy, with people talking loudly, and there were numerous sirens during the first night… then we ran the the air conditioner the next to nights to drown out the noise, and it worked. Seemed a little “dingy”, could’ve used a little paint here and there. Was an okay stay.

Clean spacious room. The sink was beautiful.

You could tell the room was old. There were scuff marks where the dresser under the TV was. Signs the dresser had been moved multiple times and scuffed the floor badly. One of the lights attached to the wall was leaning showing signs it had been broken before. The toliet seat was very old and had a weird stain on it.

The staff is amazing! The manager is by far my favorite from any place I've stayed at thus far. She's very sweet considerate and always willing to go above and beyond to make certain the stay is perfect. 5 stars!

I love that pets stay for free. The location is perfect to grab a bite to eat or hit the interstate. It's not a fancy hotel but it's perfect for those if us that just need a comfortable place to sleep and shower.

It could use a bit of updating but what's there maybe old but it's clean.

The room was cozy. The bed was comfortable. The room was the right temperature. We have fresh clean sheets and towels as requested. The staff was very friendly. The area was pretty quiet. Its near shopping areas (literally 3 minutes from the Rivergate Mall). It was the main reason why we chose to stay in Goodlettsville area. Convenient to everything and right off the highway.

Maybe its just me but, I expected the room to be bigger. Online the room looks pretty spacious. When we arrived our room was small but you had the reasonable space to move around and do whats needed to be done. My husband pointed out the television not having a guide for channels. He would have like a TV guide or anything showing movie rentals.

Pillows need some work. Light bleeding in from the parking lot. Not the hotel's fault but the guests need lessons on how to park correctly.

Bed was comfortable and room & bathroom were clean.

Loud guests in next room. But I called to the front desk to report them and they evidently took care of the issue so no complaints on that end.

The exceptional clean room, the value, the convenience of restaurants and gas, also the venue of my party.

There were nothing I didn't like about this hotel. I am very picky about hotels.

The staff was amazing. The manager on duty was absolutely incredible. Great stay all around. Definitely my destination whenever I am in the area.

Only thing I did not like was my stay wasn't longer!
