I had called a few days before my stay and asked which rooms had the jacuzzi I had been informed the rooms no longer had them when I arrived I asked when they had gotten rid of them and the front desk agent at check in who was so nice deserves a raise and more said we had gotten one. It made my day and she was super nice.

It would have been nice to have a better breakfast selection instead of sausage two days in a row. the hotel is beautiful but needs little tlc the carpet in front of our room door was looking worn down the stopper in the jacuzzi needs some fixing and the house keeper could have been less stingy with the coffee and creamer packets!

One of the overnight girls, on Thursday night, I asked for pool towels because there were none, and she was quite rude when I told her I had 4 kids in there and she only gave 3 towels. She asked that I bring dirty, soaked ones up to her. Which I did, along with the basket of towels that were in pool room. I understand they might not do laundry but she could have asked house keeping in the morning to do it or given me a room towel to make up for not having anymore pool towels.

Staff was very warm and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Ac and heat worked great. Shower pressure was good. Quiet area that felt safe.

Shower water was lukewarm at best. Odd area to get to. Breakfast was very lackluster. We ended up going out for breakfast at a restaurant which is disappointing. Only thing worthwhile at breakfast was the waffles. No gravy for biscuits and eggs were not fresh. No water available either.

Bed was comfortable (mattress and springs weren’t wrapped to prevent bedbugs) but they were clean. Bathroom counter was a good size for 2 people. Breakfast was good. First place we’ve ever had chicken fried chicken for breakfast. Worker in breakfast room was excellent, kept things clean and filled while catering to a bus full of guests.

I had a room above me with kids stomping so loud but the desk clerk offered me another room, but I was going out and I told her that maybe the kids would be asleep when I returned, and it was quiet. The bed was so comfortable and I slept in longer than I wanted to but it was great.

i liked that it was affordable. the parking was a little insane because of the cold and walking was not ideal. the staff were very helpful and kind. There were a lot of places to go around but i wasnt able to enjoy them.

i didnt like that there wasnt much parking. the floor creaked when we walked around but then i was with family so we didnt really care. the breakfast we couldnt enjoy because the timing was off. would be nice if they offered coffee for early travelers.

The location was perfect for us as we were headed to Kentucky. The breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and clean.

The front desk staff, when we checked in, was the least helpful front desk person I’ve ever come across. She told us she wasn’t from there and had nothing to offer, knew where nothing was and wasn’t willing to investigate anything. There was another woman registering before us and the agent never made eye contact with her. Very strange.

Breakfast was exactly what to expect when it’s included; frozen and loaded with carbs yet does the trick for a grab and go. The happy-go-lucky Julia at the desk was welcoming and accommodating. Terrific! Very clean room, common areas, and dining nook. Ample parking. And while full housekeeping services aren’t done except every 3rd day, they came in and made beds, replaced dirty linens and emptied the trash. I’d stay here again in a minute! We were exactly halfway to the fairgrounds, White House, TN, Hendersonville, and our other destinations. Tip: MUST VISIT RUBY’S KITCHEN (4 mi away from hotel) for an incredible and economical breakfast in an old-time diner feel! They have FUN staff and you won’t leave hungry.

Unpleasant 1st shift front desk clerk on weekend of 4/22/23 and 4/23/23. Needs an intensive lesson in hospitality and customer service

I loved the friendliness of staff and the fact they were smiling and laughing when we checked I'm. The breakfast was good and hearty.

Our room had a bottle lid and a Bobby pin in the floor that tells me it wasn't thoroughly vacuumed which left me wondering about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. It was a nice room but cleanliness was a concern in the back of my mind.

We thought there were enough breakfast choices: cereals, oatmeal, bacon, eggs, bread for toast, fruit and beverages. I liked the spaciousness of our room. There was plenty of space to put suitcases, hang clothing, and just relax.

I thought the pitchers of milk was unusual. At other hotels where we have stayed there were individual bottles. When we travel, I have milk with my breakfast but I also take another bottle which I drink later in the morning. We have been traveling more lately and what I have noticed is that the people at the front desk seem to be dressed too casual. Shouldn't the people at the front desk at least wear a polo shirt that has the hotel logo on it? Shouldn't their shirts be tucked in? What happened to name tags? Yes, I am senior citizen, but I think people at the front desk are the ones who give the first impressions of the company.
