La Quinta by Wyndham Goodlettsville - Nashville

I always love a hotel that has breakfast included. The room was great. I loved seeing the Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash all wall mounted in the shower along with the body lotion by the sink. I love the size and style of the mini fridge and the coffee pot in the room. Very clean and friendly staff.

Only issue we had with our room #207 was the flushing of the toilet. We had to hold the flush handle down the entire time in order for it to flush properly. I'm not sure if it was just my girlfriend and I having issues with the coffee quality and taste between it being the brand of coffee that was used and provided or if it was just our tastebuds? We couldn't quite get it to our liking. we added creamer and sugars and still something was off.

Very convenient location right off of the highway and decent Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot. Took a LONG time to check in, not very convenient, however the lady taking so long to check us in was very very nice and you could tell she was probably new and was very good about bringing the extra pillows and blankets we requested. Beds decent 7/10.

I have stayed at this property twice. Both times took almost 20 minutes to check in and they have a $200 deposit fee that takes about a week to go back onto your card. It’s about $25-$30 to much at the price we paid but had no other option for a room that sleeps 6. The room we stayed in could use a fresh coat of paint and a few very minor repairs.

I loved the customer service the best... Prior to our arrival I received multiple emails about our coming dates. Anytime i had a question it was answered promptly and courteously!! UPON arrival... it was a little chaotic at check in as the ONE desk clerk was trying to get multiple Ladies checked in for a retreat!! There were some issues with rooms not being ready!! ADRIAN-- kept his cool and did a FABULOUS JOB!!! Handling the problems... one group had to be reassigned 3 times!!!! But he made it happen and all along kept those of us in line informed and apologizing for the delay!!

ONE MORE PERSON at CHECK-IN when there are large groups of people checking in!! AGAIN--- ADRIAN ROCKED THE SITUATION he was left with!

The city had just experienced a major storm and there was power out everywhere. Victor at the front desk was amazing! There were long lines of people trying to get rooms. he was patient with everyone, even those who were being rude and demanding with him. He was very very nice to work with and so pleasant during a very difficult evening working the desk all by himself. Victor deserves a lot of praise and a bonus or extra time off for going the extra mile to help every one the best he could during a very difficult evening for everyone.

The bed was comfortable, good size room, the pool was nice and the location was good. The breakfast in the morning was ok but a couple of mornings they ran out of bagels, muffuns/pastries.

The lady at check in was very rude, barely acknowledged/conversed with us. Seemed very annoyed as soon as we walked up. The room had a really bad oder, was the first thing I noticed. This is not a hotel I would book again.

My 3rd stay in this last year and going back in September or October. The staff are incredibly kind from the check in desk to Keith head of maintenance was very kind and made a good day for my granddaughter and I. Breakfast was hot and tasted good. My 4 legged babies, Lucy & Ethel enjoyed some breakfast also.

I missed seeing the lady that checked us in on our first stay. Don't remember her name but she's also great. All staff have great senses of humor. Also, I miss the drink dispensers at the snack area that was a great deal pay $2 and free refills awesome. But things r going back to normal. But that was a good deal. There is nothing I can complain about. Thank you to all

Handicap accessible room was very nice. Plenty of room to maneuver, especially helpful bathroom facilities. Step in , large shower and high toilets. The suite style room was great.

My handicapped accessible room was at the very end of a long hall. Not close to the eating area or the front desk. An exit close by with handicap parking there would be very helpful.

comfortable beds, very clean, friendly staff. very convenient to stop for the night. Nice to have hot breakfast too!

I was disappointed to see styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery being used for breakfast. I wish companies would take responsibility and use more environmentally sound options. Hire a dishwasher and use real dishes, or at least use biodegradable plates and cutlery. You are creating an enormous amount of trash

We were upgraded to a larger room when we had some trouble with our key card. The bed was comfortable and we slept very soundly. The location was very convenient - less than 15 minutes to downtown Nashville. The room was clean and quiet. :)

We were only there for one night. Overall it was perfect for our needs. Check-in was a bit slow with the key snafu, but they made it right.

the availability was perfect and we had no issues find this location. last minute on my part were very short notice for booking due to funeral arrangements.

they might be short staffed, but they only had 1 person at the desk having to answer the phone while trying to fix problems. i understand multitasking, but it felt impersonal. checking out was inconvenient also. the person was outside smoking while myself and 3 others waited to leave. I feel they need 2 people at the desks rotated or something. disorganized it felt. however the staff were friendly when they did help.
