Staff all of them were excellent! Breakfast was great! Location was good. Love Hampton Inns

Beds were hard I thought! Usually Hampton Inn has really soft comfy beds

Location is great.

Staff parks in areas that are not designated for parking. (Right outside the front door). Truckd are permitted to take up several parking spot (closest to the door). At 5 am a load truck started and idled fight outside the window. Keys would not stay programmed and the lock in the door had to be changed.

I do like the location and the cleanliness of the Hampton Inn hotels in general.

The breakfast is not something I would not recommend to others, Although everything might be present, there are no fresh (scrambled) eggs or bacon, and the waffle I made was not very tasteful. The coffee service with the cans available at all time is however great including decaf.

Breakfast was super, nice variety The manager was very pleasant and helpful, she was at the desk the next morning and was still pleasant. A lot of hours on duty. Location was a little confusing to find at first due to street design

Breakfast good. Rough crowd staying overnight. Lots of smokers and construction guys but my room was quiet. Bed was good. Shower good.

Air conditioning not so good. Carpet needs replacing. Renovation needed. Rough crowd. Lots of tough looking guys. I travel with two women. 26 and 30 years old. Both scared and guys were making ugly comments.

Of all the hotels we stayed in, the staff was the friendliness of all of them. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the setting was great. The kitchen staff did not ignore us but asked us how everything was and if they could get us anything thing and when we were leaving wished us a good day. The friendliness just made our time there!

We like our room it was spacious and in a great location pretty close to local shopping. Very friendly people. The entire property was clean. We loved our stay.

The breakfast. The breakfast was okay they only offered bagels as a side option. The sausage was good I just wish they had other options they just had crapes and not everyone is an egg person. We arrived sooner than expected so we had to wait three hours before we could check in at 3pm.

Booking.com mentioned this hotel don't accept pets. It was wrong. This hotel accept pets for $75. So please mention pets allowed in your website regarding about this hotel.

I have stayed at this place a number of times and have found that it is a really nice place to stay. Rooms are nice. Bed and pillows are quite comfortable. Right off the highway.

The free breakfast wasn't all that great, but its kinda hard to expect much with COVID hanging around. My stay was just before Christmas when they had the Christmas lighting display around the stadium grounds. It took me 30 minutes get from the highway to the hotel when it should have taken me less than 2 minutes.

Loved the size of the room, it felt like a small apartment with a big living area and separate kitchenette where the fridge was actually a very cold fridge. So cold it froze my Dr Pepper and my son’s Apple juice. It was awesome to find a dorm style fridge that actually kept drinks cold. Loved the large flat screen tv that you could swivel between the two living areas. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We brought our own pillows so can’t speak to those but there were plenty of them. The bathroom was fine and the entire room was extremely clean. It felt like a brand new building judging by the room alone. No view from our windows but that was fine, we didn’t pick this hotel for views but for space and price to that point it delivered. The staff were nice. The location was Awsome because there were 2 gas stations, a Taco Bell and a Cracker Barrel all in the same parking lot area as the hotel but the hotel sat up on a hill so you still felt secluded and private.

The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the breakfast options. One morning they were already out of bacon and eggs at 8:00am, we were off to Dollywood and didn’t want to wait so just grabbed something else. The next morning the omelettes were so salty we couldn’t eat them. I would still give this hotel overall a strong 10 though as these were such small inconveniences and we were able to find other options that worked for us from the cold bar breakfast selections.
