I was really excited about the fact that we were supposed to get free breakfast and the only thing offered at this location was coffee water lemonade and orange juice

They didn’t serve the free breakfast all other hotels I have stayed at in the past year have been doing breakfast except for here not sure why???

It was a nice comfortable room with enough space for everyone. when we first arrived we were given a room that someone had obviously been smoking in. We had requested a non smoking room as my sister has serious COPD so my husband went to the desk, spoke to the manager. He was very apologetic and changed our room immediately. We got another room that was great. I can't blame him for the smoking smell. A manager can not be expected to go to every room and sniff after housekeeping is supposed to clean.

It was a little to close to the main drag and a lot of traffic noise at night . We were on the third floor and could hear it plain. But the hotel couldn't help that. They did have darkening shades on the windows so the lights wouldn't bother us.

Great stay for the price. The hotel was clean and new and in a safe and convenient location to anything we would need. The breakfast buffet was hot and well stocked even close to 9am and there was ample seating.

My only real complaint was that the bed in our room was hard and not very comfortable. There was a small pad on the bed but it didn't offer much cushion. This is usually a deal breaker for me, but because of everything else that was good, including the price, I would definitely look at this hotel again if I were in the area.

Location is smack dab in the middle of everything. walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, stores, etc. The property is plain but very clean. The room was very clean and smelled well.

Parking lot is tight quarters but that is to be expected with location. The bed was not comfortable. It also made a popping sound when you shifted your body.

Not a bad price and location for our short trip. We really just needed a place to lay our heads at night and this covered that. We spent literally no time in the room but sleeping. Had i needed to stay longer or been in the room more ai may have opted for more amenities.

There was no breakfast at all…. Just coffee and juice. They were upfront about it though. Over whelming smell of marijuana in the lobby at night wasn’t ideal either.

I Liked the location, several different stores close by, and the Vista of the smokies is great. The room smelled good, and was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were really exceptional. Liked the TV, fridge and microwave, and the wi-fi were all free. Along with drinks, juices, and coffee. All were delicious!

We didn't dislike anything really, for the value. I guess breakfast would have been nice, and a shuttle to different places would be great.

Location is really good for my purpose of being in the area, bed is comfortable, things were clean. Staff is there if you need them. I have stayed here multiple times and will do again. Most of this hotel seems to have had an upgrade fairly recently and it is better than other locations of the same brand.

Breakfast is still not being offered. It is a feature we have always went towards when travelling to ease the hassle of finding food on your trip. The value is still worth it compared to other hotels in the area but it is a normal feature for this chain and would be appreciated if it was reinstated.

It was a great location, not near the hustle and bustle of the strip in Pigeon Forge. Though I looked at reviews, for the price I wasn't expecting much, but it was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and Cracker Barrel next door. Will definitely stay again when in town.

Actually the walls were thin, everything in the hallway you could hear. People next door coming in at 1:30 in the morning, out in the hall talking for 20 minutes, it was AWFUL!! The most horrible of a hotel I've ever stayed at, they need to do something ASAP!! Nothing else ans issue, but that was bad enough.

Everything. Our second visit with you was there in April for 3 nights and three nights in September and will be booking again next April of 2023.wouldn’t have come back if we dissatisfied the 1st time.

The only thing that would top it off would be to have some fresh muffins or a banana or danish to grab when you are leaving so we wouldn’t have to stop and eat breakfast when we get on the road. Doesn’t have to be eggs or bacon or anything like that just to have a little something in your stomach.)

The rooms were nice lots of room nice view of the mountains. There were many eating facility's close buy and a shopping center behind.... parking pass was a life saver due to very minimal parking. I recommend booking all attractions with the lady in the lobby she can get all your ticket needs. At about 1/2 off

I called befor I arrived to make sure they could meet our accommodations. We'll I was told all 3 rooms would be linked together with the conjoining doors. Apon arrival i checked in and was notified that only 2 rooms were linked together. After being told all 3 would be. Kinda disappointing as we was a family of 5 with 3 adults and 2 children...just if you need rooms that can be linked together there are only two rooms that link together...........but i will be staying there in the future
