My two-night stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby both nights. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable lodging experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.😊😊

The room had recently be remodeled with everything from the floor, bed, TV, bathtub/shower & fixtures all new and working. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable for a good nights rest after a very busy day. The price was great.

We were not given the information for Wifi access at checkin and didn't find it with our keys. We left the property after checking in and did not return until late in the morning- not a time to check with the front desk.

Check-in was easy. Service was good. Staff was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. Beds and bedding were comfortable. We loved the river and geese and ducks right out the back door with table and chairs. We will stay here many more times and bring family along. Thanks guy you were great. 👍

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Size of the room, balcony, location, quiet, friendly staff, loved staying here as a kid with my family and loved seeing the updates to the rooms.

Stains on the towels, dead bugs in the room, blankets were not warm enough. Bed sounded broken.

The rooms were updated and mostly clean. The only thing that was needed was the floors needed swept and mopped alittle better. The young man who checked us in was very nice and accommodated us with another room when our tv was not working. He was quick on the check in and quick on switching our room.

Nothing....everything was good.

Staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had away from home. Balcony door opened right on the river where our granddaughter had the most wonderful time feeding the ducks. Truly the best value I’ve had while traveling.

Easy check in and friendly front desk staff .

No river it was dried up so didn't get the river experience not the hotels fault . There was dried blood or something red on the front of bathroom door that was gross . To far of a drive to pigeon forge . Bed was lumpy .

I loved the customer service.. that alone is a reason to return. Its close enough to a few places where we didn't really need to go to Pigeon Forge on the last day and maybe a few miles from Walmart.

I have no complaints.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the price for a whole week was great. I actually stayed a month in total. Everyone was very kind,and I will definitely go back there again.

The bed needs major improvement, not comfortableat all. Needed a comfortable chair as there was plenty of room.
